Took 6 weeks to arrive and it was complete garbage. Ordered 2 of the velvet matte liquid lipstick. When they finally arrived after waiting 6 weeks they had a weird smell to them and there was barely any color/coverage to them. It was almost like a thin gloss rather than a matte lip colors. Not even close to what was advertised. These went straight in the trash. Do not waste your money.

Fraud - cheap product $6 online from China . Not what I ordered. Crap

FRAUD! Not only sent me a junk product, but when I inquired on a refund (30 day guarantee), they charged me again and also used my credit card details to make three other purchases. My credit card company immediately flagged them because they have been known to do this. Steer clear. Waste of time and money - SHIT PEOPLE HAHA

I ordered a multipack in May and received an email notification with tracking info. When I checked tracking a few weeks later it did my product was delivered and provided a date and time. I was home that day and time and it was not delivered. I immediately contacted customer service and snipped the tracking info. I was advised that there was an error and the products were delayed. A week later I followed up and customer service and they apologized and refunded me $6 for my trouble, assuring me my product was still on its way. This week I got a delivery that contained two duplicate products and not the multipack I ordered. I emailed and got no response for 3 days. I followed up again today and advised that I would be filing a protest with my credit card company. That prompted a response. Once again, they apologized, this time offering me $10 compensation and that I could keep what I received. I declined. $16 total reimbursement for $40 spent….what a joke. RIP OFF. They finally got back to me and refunded my balance. Persistence pays off.

Ordered 2 lip liners 3 weeks ago and still no product. They’re coming from China and if I knew that I would have never ordered from them. The tracking number always says the same thing that it just cleared customs at the airport. I told the company I was gonna report them and dispute the charges and they emailed me right back saying they would refund me, but please stop the dispute with PayPal because they might get charged in the future because of the indication of fraud. Tough crap. They were misleading. Let them deal with the fraud, implications.

It’s been 3 weeks and still no product. Invalid tracking number provided and unable to contact company. I’m starting to think i got ripped off

Ordered 2 products only recieved one than credit are showed I was signed up for a subscription that I never signed up for !!! Do not order

I had made my order on the 10th of May. It took a week to get a tracking number to which when trying to track it, would come back saying order does not exist. I requested a new tracking number and that one didn't even work. Sent an email with request for tracking update to which there was no reply. On the 26th I finally had to send an email telling them I am canceling my order and will dispute the charge with my bank for not obtainng said purchase. Within minutes, I had and email confirmation from them that my Refund was submitted. I had my refund within 15 mins in the bank. Never again will I try them.

This is the longest shipping experience i have ever had!!!!
