Taxifinder is very efficient and cuts down on you having to inquire with each transport company separately.
I was confused regarding the train situation and the costs given that I will be with a party of 8 that will be landing at Gatwick Airport for the first time and trying to get to our central London hotel. Cost is an important factor since 6 of the 8 people are young adults. Fortunately a transport company came through right away with capability to take all 8 of us plus one piece of luggage and a hand piece of luggage. This has totally eased my mind, and I am grateful that Taxi Finder provides this service.

My wife and kids flew to berlin. In order to make it easier for them I got a quote from tegel airport berlin to the city. I booked with one company who told us to call when we had our luggage. When my wife called they said they had no order and no taxi

Very disappointed
Requested a quote 15 days ago. Although I received a confirmation email that same day, I have heard nothing since. I even spoke to an agent via the online chat service - they apologised and said I would get a response within 48 hours. That was last week. I don't hold much hope of at reply.
And yes, I did check my spam box.

Prompt Service
Found Taxi-Finder site on Google and in no time got 2 quotes from taxi companies with reasonable prices. Still I haven't decided which one to use till I make my travelling arrangements, however, now I don't have to worry about finding transportation when I travel. I'm sure I'll be using this site agin.

Worthless service. Don't waste your time.
I was trying to get a cab through this service just to get to the Atlanta airport. I put my data in for a ride on the next day. Taxi-Finder sand me a confirmation email which said that I will get several emails from cab services. Long story short: I did not get a single email from a taxi service!! In the end I had to call a taxi directly to get to the airport. This makes the Taxi-Finder service completely worthless.
Bottom line: Don't waste your time!

It is possible that you didn't receive any quotes in Atlanta; we just opened this city and we have only a few partners here who have a lot of demands to answer. Also, the problem may have been that the deadline for your trip was too short, some drivers don’t have time to answer in time.

When all other options failed Taxi Finder found us a transfer
It took a little longer because of the Huge demand but eventually we were contacted by email by a company that could meet our requirements.

Great tool for travelling
I went on vacation in Paris, and booked my transfer from CDG to the city center. It avoided me the stress of finding a solution at the airport. CDG is big, so it is convenient to know in advance that someone is waiting for you at the arrivals!!
Will defently use taxi-finder again!
