Je prenais les taxis vert depuis mes 14 ans et j en ai 42 .depuis le covid ,c est devenu dangereux ,ils prennent ´ importe qui au point où j ai eu un « chauffeur »sans même le signe taxi qui m a agressé,j ai dû m’enfuir en courant dans un tunnel ,plus jamais ,plus jamais et taxi vert n a jamais rien fait sauf supprimer mon compte .pour votre sécurité ,a éviter sauf si vous voulez vous retrouver prise au piège dans un tunnel par un homme violent qui refuse que vous le payer parce que vous avez peur et que vous voulez descendre .j en tremble encore

du vol organisé, le chauffeur avec la plaque T-…-718 course du 25/11/23 15h, n’a vraiment aucun scrupule avec les personnes à mobilité réduite. La course est payée pourtant le chauffeur n’est jamais venu. Ne faites pas confiance a cette société

I was stuck in Brussels city centre and needed a taxi to my hotel, approx 45 km away. Tried to call them but that was useless, so I booked online. (wish I had read other reviews first...) Created an account and booked it. At first it estimted €91. I'd heard it's normally around €1.8 per km so €91 was a little high but I needed a taxi and other companies I called couldn't help. I proceeded with the booking at at the end the price was €103. I tried to call them but no answer, it just rang then hangs up. The taxi turned up and seemed OK. When I got to the hotel, they charged my credit card €137.60. I've tried to contact them but it's useless. I've also emailed them with the booking confirmation and final charge to my credit card, asking for the €34 to be refunded. Even at €103 it was a rip off but at €137, they're taking the ****. I'm getting nowhere with them so trying my credit card company to see what they can do. These people are thieves!

Taxi was er niet. We dienden de Eurostar te halen. Nadat dispatch was gebeld, hebben zij een chauffeur gebeld. Half uur te laat. Niet op vertrouwen als je er echt moet zijn.

Niet te vertrouwen. Ruim op voorhand vastgelegd en betaald, toch stonden we na een feestje een uur in de koude te wachten. We probeerden verschillende keren contact te zoeken maar kregen telkens de boodschap dat we geduldig moesten zijn. Uiteindelijk hebben we een andere taxi 70 euro moeten betalen omdat Taxi verts niet kwam opdagen! Schandalig! Niet te vertrouwen

We booked a Taxi with them more than a week in advance, for a ride after a party in Brussels.
They did not show up within 1 hour after the agreed pickup time, we called them 3 times and the different EXTREMELY UNFRIENDLY people at the call center 1) just told us to be patient 2) ended the call 3) said it was busy and that we need to wait.
All of them refused to give us the details of the taxi driver so we couldn't even know when he was about to arrive.
Taxis Verts, NEVER AGAIN. They are crooks and cannot be trusted.

Voor een business diner in Brussel hadden we beroep gedaan op Taxis Verts. Alles was heel goed verlopen. Eén van onze gasten was zijn GSM in de taxi vergeten. Het kantoor heeft de chauffeur kunnen terugvinden en de vriendelijke man is de GSM komen afleveren in het hotel! Hartelijk dank hiervoor!

Vol total, ne leurs faites aucune confiance. Pour un evenement important entre 4 familles et 25 personnes, nous avons commandes quelques voitures avec 48 heures d'avance. En plus de ca, on a passe une heure au telephone pour qu'il note bien les numeros de la carte de credit, en nous assurant que le paiement sera fait par carte avec la reservation.
Le jour de l'evenement, le premier taxi commande arrive avec dix minutes d'avance, seulement pour dire qu'il 'est presse et doit vite partir'. Donc nos invites ont etes obliges a monte avec lui, laissant les autres sans taxi. La pire des choses est que les deux taxis ont demande le paiement a bord, ce qui a mis nos invites en confusion totale. Ne faites aucune confiance a ces bandits, on a ete oblige de voir avec notre banque pour que les paiements ne soient pas prits deux fois.

I ordered a taxi but cancelled due to waiting time of 25 minutes. I was still debited EUR85. I have requested a refund and followed up multiple times without assistance. I have still NOT been refunded my money and it has been a month.

J'appelle la société pour commander une voiture et je tombe sur le répondeur automatique ► après 9 min et 55 secondes de publicité pour télécharger leur application j'ai raccroché et pris un taxi Ucclois ► j'ai 72 ans et ce n'est pas cette société qui va me dire ce que je dois faire !!!!

Had een taxi op specifieke locatie besteld met garantie voor betalen. Zelfs met kantoor gebeld ter bevestiging. Kreeg ik op de dag zelf vlak voor tijd een annulering met als toelichting dat Taxi Verts om goede reden de taxi had geannuleerd.

C’est une catastrophe.
Vous commandez un taxi 3h à l’avance et il parvient encore à arriver avec plus d’un quart d’heure de retard. Résultat, mon rendez-vous médical raté et dû payer un une indemnisation de 25€ pour consultation non respecté. J’ai eu le coup à deux reprises, j’ai porté plainte sur le site en espérant être au moins être indemnisé mais j’ai même pas eu droit à un mail de retour.

Taxi réservé la veille avec siège enfants pour le le demain vers la gare du midi. Le taximan ne se présente pas. Il ne nous appelle pas. Nous appelons le service de taxi taxi vert qui nous met en relation avec les taximan qui nous dit j’arrive dans 15 min (donc 30min de retard!) et sans siège enfants. Scandaleux. Le taximan ne s’excuse même pas. Nous avons loupé notre train. Merci taxi vert.

Ge belt ..ze zeggen 5 a 10 min .. ge belt terug na 30 min ..dan zeggen ze geen taxi beschikbaar !!

Total rip off! First they were more than one hour late, when the driver finally arrived, he asked double the price I agreed on in the email.

Taxi réservé et confirmé a veille qui N'est pas venu. Quand j'appelle la centrale on me dit que c'est normal qu'il n'y a pas de taxi, qu'il faut compter 15/20 de marge malgré la réservation anticipée.peu fiable

J'utilise souvent les Taxis Verts et leur app et, sauf une seule fois, je n'ai jamais eu à m'en plaindre.

My husband is disabled and we use taxis with a ramp for his wheelchair. Taxis Verts specifically told me (in an email) they had taxis with ramps to suit for our stay in Brussels. They gave me the number to call and told me to allow an extra 30mins to wait. When I called them last Saturday to book one they said they had NO taxis with ramps!!!! No apology, no other options suggested - Awful company.

A total bunch of crooks!
I called to a book van to pick us up 20kms outside of Brx a day in advance, and was told I had to download the app and do it there as well as pay in advance-fair enough.
The app tells me it will be 73Euro, but when I proceed to confirm and pay, its suddenly 87Euro they communicate to my bank app ( ive since checked and indeed that was taken from my account) The confirmation email with time, location and price paid etc. still says however 73!
So they have even systemically manipulated to communication between what a customer says they have to pay, and what your bank is told through the online payment system!
Next- 10mins after confirmed and prepaid pick up time ( 1 day in advance), we re' waiting , and no car turns up. 10mins after due pick up time we're on the phone to the callcentre for 12 mins, put on hold with no appology or explanation. Suddenly the app shows a car coming to us (ie. the callcentre only processed our request 15mins after prepaid pick up time!) As it was 20mins outside of Brx, the driver only arrived 45mins later - to a prebooked, prepaid ( 90euro!) order.
In the car the driver put us through to the callcentre, wher a rude man proceeded to lie about why they were late ( traffic, which we know is not the case at 2am on the ring of Brx!)
This company is a bunch of corrupt mafia!! . For sure the poor drivers get all the bad rep, who have simply get order, but really there is a whole dirty operation behind the scenes that will steal your money, lie to you and not deliver service you paid for.
Please do yourself a favour and NEVER choose this company!
Convenietly they have removed themselves from google maps,so its tricker for customers to leave transparent reviews!

Le taxi vert c’est devenu pire que Heetch et Uber!!!! Je me suis fait voler deux fois déjà depuis que vous avez changé votre système!!!!! c’est vraiment très dommage de critiquer les autres mais vous faites pire que eux!!!! Pourtant je suis une client Fidel chez taxis verts c’est devenu tellement cher limite ça me choque!!!
