Had a really great week of training with Lucy and Lisa at TEAL. They are extremely knowledgeable and generous with their expertise, creating a supportive and encouraging environment in which to learn. The setting was peaceful and inclusive, with a real focus on excellent animal and human welfare. Would thoroughly recommend.

I had a wonderful week at TEAL CIC on the EAL professionals course. Lucy and Lisa are such kind, genuine, passionate people who truly want to support others to get their EAL business up and running- the course really does cover everything you need to know and I would recommend anyone considering it to take the leap!

The EAL professionals course is so worth it. Great, honest advice with content specific to everything you need for a business. Lisa and Lucy are fun, friendly and very supportive.

The resources produced by TEAL have proved really useful for our CIC. We have only just started working with a number of children with additional needs at short notice. This meant we did not have time to think about creating our own resources and gave been using some of those produces by the staff at TEAL. They are ideal and content is pitched just right. We would highly recommend these resources for anyone setting put on the EAL journey.

The team is exceptionally knowledgeable. We were made to feel exceptionally welcomed and took away a wealth of ideas to use with our own business. A fantastic 5 star training day. Would highly recommend! You will come away buzzing to put what you have learnt into your own business.

I’ve seen first hand what amazing achievements all clients have accomplished.
From being non verbal to communicating. From being so anxious and not wanting to leave home to engaging in community activities and back into school and college.
From non school attendance to thriving in teals educational setting and going forward to join colleges and gain apprenticeships and on to work. Also many clients volunteer with us and other charities we know which helps gain experience for the work place.
If one person is helped, it is a ripple affect as the family is helped the community is helped aswell.

Had an amazing time at Teal, I suffer with depression and I’m physically disabled and find going out very hard and mentally exhausting. But being at Teal was really special, interacting with the horses and dogs. Thank you so much Teal and a special thank you to Lucy-Ann and Lisa.

Lucy-Anne and Lisa shared so much knowledge and massively increased my confidence in taking steps to start my own company. They really listen to each person on the course and tailor the needs to make sure everyone's questions are answered and gave impactful practical experiences and demonstrations. The Horse Reiki with Karen was a first for me and I am leaving the training with a fresh outlook on exploring ways to therapeutically support the animals as well as young people. TEAL CIC really has heart and compassion at the core of what they do and are an inspiration.

Teal has helped me soooo much! I just can’t thank them enough. I’m struggling in education at the moment and teal have helped me get confident. I love the horses which has inspired me to work with them in the future.

I've never had the best luck in education, lets just say that the system has failed me. I forced into the mainstream department of a college despite my EHCP stating I need a supported environment. I went to the college for one day since they transferred me to mainstream and didn't even last one lesson. As a result I was without any education, or stability for over 9 months!

Being at Teal is honestly the first time i've actually enjoyed education, and it's one of the few places I feel safe to be myself at without risk of being judged for it. Lisa and Lucy who run Teal are honestly lovely people who truly care about me. They aren't just doing it to check a box on paper. They're doing it because they truly want to help people like myself have access to a stable, calm and supported education.

I don't know where i'd honestly be without discovering Teal. I was a lost cause, but now I feel like i've got something to look forward to Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Couldn't ask for anything better honestly. Absolutely love it here and wouldn't change it for the world!

I have just completed the professionals course and had an amazing experience. The facilitators are a fountain of knowledge and hold an amazing space for clients and students . The course content was vast covering all aspects of equine therapeutic work, including business management. Beautiful setting with wonderful animals and practical working space . Would highly recommend this place to all . A life changing week for me!

I attended the week long EAL professionals course. Lucy and Lisa provide a wealth of knowledge and expertise within a warm and supportive environment. The resources and information provided were exceptional, the practical tasks were inspiring and purposeful but most importantly the dialogue and discussion was authentic and encouraging and beautifully modelled the values of TEAL. I thoroughly enjoyed the week and have come away feeling inspired and equipped- Thank you!

Super training from very knowledgeable people. Very insightful and lots of information. The environment is perfect for what they offer.

TEAL really are wonderful! they are super knowledgeable and instantly put you at ease, all learning is done in a very natural non-pressured way with the beautiful presence of the horses around. I expect anyone who takes part in any TEAL course or session with leave feeling accomplished, relaxed and will have grown in confidence.

These guys are special. The course leaders are kind, encouraging and supportive. T.E.A.L really know what they are talking about and are great at disseminating practical tips and brilliant advice. Fabulous training in a beautiful setting.

This is an awesome facility offering something that is much needed. Giving people access to equines gives so much back in mindfulness cannot be measured just experienced here.
