Team GC Transformation is more than a fitness plan- it has changed my complete mindset of how I look at foods, weight and fitness. First things first this has been life changing for me! Having the group support and motivational messages (that come just at the right time) has helped me massively. I've only done one "GC" but I felt I completed that and had enough knowledge after it to go it alone and keep the principles. The value for money is excellent. The support is amazing. Dan's weekly talks were very useful.

Dan and Jamie have built something quite amazing and they should be incredibly proud of themselves.

Since using them, I exercise at least twice a week (unheard of before) and think the attitude to food within the program is far superior and healthier for both mind and body than the likes of WW or SW.

My husband and son both use Dan's gym and the encouragement, direction (and banter) given have meant they return each week.

I can't add enough lovely things about Dan, Jamie, the trainer's and the gym/GC. Well worth trying if you haven't before.

If anyone has any reservations about signing up, I would tell them to take that leap of faith and get on it! This has been life changing for me, I’m fitter than I’ve ever been, pushing myself beyond limits than I knew existed and I have a much better relationship with food. This really has become a lifestyle and not a fad. The group is so positive and supportive and you also get so many fab tips and meal ideas. Go for it!

Different to any other plan i have signed up for. This actually works and keeps it off educating you every step of the way. The big thing thay makes this work is being adopted in the GC family and having non judgemental support throughout. The community all pull together to ensure that everyones goals are achieved. Just brilliant.

Amazing support group run by 2 great individuals. I've never been one for sticking to a diet this is not a diet but a lifestyle change. I've lost over 3 stone and have kept it off for a year so haven't reverted back to old habits. Signed up for the whole of 2022 that's how much belief I have in GC😊
