Electric bike

Bought an electric bike off the company and only took it 300 yards to see if I liked it but they would not take a return on it as the bike was used it was 350 watts did not realise I needed a more powerful bike wanted one that they were selling of a thousand watts but they would not exchange basically very disappointed no customer service at all can't speak to a manager or anything now I'm stuck with a bike that I don't want

Had a puncture on my Pure Air pro

Had a puncture on my Pure Air pro. Took it into them for repair. Very professional. Got told would be ready in an hour or so. Got a text 30 mins later saying job was done. Reasonable cost as well. Would use again.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service, actually no customer service at all, like others have said, they say they reply to emails, no they dont EVER, their phone number just takes you right to answer machine and they never return your phone call, avoid this company and go elsewhere, trust me you buy from these and you will lose your money. Avoid like the plague.

Appalling customer service

Bought this scooter 8 months ago. Won’t turn on. Won’t charge. Unusable. And to make things worse the customer services are unreachable via contact number via email via there online warrant claims form. There website states they respond within 24 hours. And sometimes within office hours within an hour. They have a web chat facility which is not monitored. Therefore leaving me with a broken scooter, no where to go and no one to repair the fault or diagnose the issue. Blocked via Instagram as I commented on the videos to try and get communication between the myself and the company. I probably still won’t get a response to this review. But people out there in the market for electric scooters avoid this company like the plague. If the company responds I will amend my review accordingly. Since my first initial complaint still no repose via any communication channels. The reviews on there website are biased please don’t make the mistake I did.

I’ve had issue with this company since…

I’ve had issue with this company since March 2021 after my son brought his scooter . They’ve either ignored my messages or lied when they have responded. We sent the scooter back for repair eventually in January 2022 and after more lies they have now stopped me messaging them and they don’t answer the phone. They have my sons scooter that he paid more than £450. I’m going to be taking them to the small claims court after reporting them to Trading standards. I would avoid at all costs

First scooter turned up late & broken…

First scooter turned up late & broken along with the charger smashed to bits. It was suggested by one member of staff to use glue........
I then had to wait a month and a half roughly for a replacement charger to be sent all while waiting for the scooter to be collected..
I was told I could use the scooter while waiting for it to be collected and then it snapped. 3 failed collections and days stuck in the house waiting for them.
Finally had a replacement, turns up the breaks dont work at all, I have had numerous people try get it sorted but nothing. I told them this all along but I do not even get a suggestion or nothing at all.
Then this scooter snapped in half the same place, I was told it would be collected and it was confirmed. Told them I do not want a replacement as its the second one to snap and I hurt myself. They have problems with there suppliers yet still offer there scooters.
Waiting in.... collection cancelled.
No rebooking it .. its still at my house as I do this.
Then im told they can only repair it... for it to snap a third time... why is it still at the house? Why am I the one chasing it up constantly only to be ignored.

Without a doubt the worst experience of buying something ever and the after care is absalutely dreadful.
Please please avoid, no number to ring you only get giffgaf voicemail.
I have asked for call backs for weeks... nothing they ignore most of your messaages and only reply to what they feel like.

Terrible, do not buy terrible service and scooters you do not want it snapping while riding. Very dangerous and they clearly do not care or it would be sorted already.
Got the first one in May and I still have problems im waiting for them to sort out.What a joke

Are you willing to risk breaking your neck or not getting any problems sorted? Useless

I received my scooter in London from…

I received my scooter in London from their warehouse in Scotland in 3-4 days. I pointed out it was my gf's birthday and they were super friendly, great communication and the product itself has taken 2.5 hours of her commute daily. The other negative reviews honestly made me doubt whether i should order. As well as the slightly cheesy name 'electric scootz'. A lot of sites seems sketchy when trying to buy a scooter. However my experience of this company were entirely different from the negative reviews here and i personally would recommend them to friends. I meant to review this months ago but haven't got around to it until now. Thanks guys!

Get no emails back my daughter had contact them thru Instagram but still nothing back when my scooter be here and as for contact number no one answers. Feel like I've been scammed for 600 quid and my sons been robbed of he's Christmas present I am not happy.!!

I ordered and e scooter over a week ago and after waiting 3 days with not a single acknowledgment of my order I msged them for them to say we will send you tracking num by the end of the week Friday is here and still nothing I have emailed used to online chat and tried ringing and get no reply off any starting to think this is a scam

All good until you need to claim on warranty!

Everything was perfect until I needed a back wheel motor for the t4 max warranty replacement, I was told it would arrive but they sent me the front wheel instead so I tried to get back in contact but no reply for over a month when they did finally reply they were now selling the motor on their site and I was told I now have the option to purchase one. Youd think they'd honour they're agreement to send me one but I went ahead and purchased anyway now it's been over a week I haven't even received as much as tracking info. I've had my scooter for 3 months now and it was only working a week. I'd say horrible customer service but there isn't any the number doesn't even work to contact them.

ESUK T4 CruiserMAX

Ive had a good few Escooters over the years the highest power was 2400W BUT i wanted less power so i chose a ESUK T4 Cruiser MAX & im glad i did !! Im 15st & it gets me up hills ok/Tried it off road & it handled what i threw at it - Mint !!
ESUK have been really helpful & have good communications - Great customer service..
I will be using ESUK again when & if i upgrade the T4 MAX in the future & i highly recommend...

600w cruiser

Purchased a 500w scooter got upgraded to 600w free of charge. Scooter arrived very fast and well packaged. Also came with a free cleaning kit & bag :). Would defo recommend
