First time purchasing herbal tea with…
First time purchasing herbal tea with The Tea People and was delighted with the packaging quick delivery and quality of tea. I ordered two 60g caddies of linden flowers one for my neighbour. Also one rose petals, I also received two free samples. Tried the chamomile sample last night and it was lovely so I plan to order more of that. Awaiting my neighbours feedback 😊

Still have not received my order
Still have not received my order. Previously this has not been an issue so perhaps the fault lies with Royal Mail.

I'm sorry to hear that you haven't received your order yet.
I can see that your order was dispatched on 27 May and would normally have reached you by now. As deliveries to the Isle of Man can occasionally take a little longer, we would suggest allowing a couple more days for it to arrive.
If it still hasn't been delivered, please contact us at orders@teapeople.co.uk and we'll be happy to investigate the delay with Royal Mail on your behalf and help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Ive ordered from the tea people before…
Ive ordered from the tea people before and the quality of the tea is awesome. Found some lovely blends and flavours of tea that I enjoy. I like the tea samples that get sent but i wish that they varied them more. I keep getting chamomile tea as a sample and unfortunately I loathe this one. Ive put them to one side until I find someone that will drink it but they are piling up 😆. Love the the ethical stance of your company and knowing who packed my order. Will definitely be ordering more tea in the future.
