Schnelle Lieferung, gebrauchte CPU war ordentlich verpackt und sauber (keine Reste von Wärmeleitpaste). Die CPU funktioniert ohne Beanstandung.

I ordered two reconditioned 2TB Dell enterprise SATA drives from Techbuyer as spares for an older 4-bay NAS. I’ve bought from them before (back in 2020), and that earlier refurbished drive is still running reliably, which made Techbuyer an easy choice to return to.

What impressed me this time was that Techbuyer proactively called to sanity-check the order. They confirmed interface speed compatibility (3 Gbps vs 6 Gbps), discussed the intended NAS use case, and made sure I was comfortable with the choice before dispatch. That kind of pre-sales technical validation is rare these days, especially for refurbished hardware.

Prices for reconditioned drives have increased since 2020, but the hardware quality, transparency, and customer service are still excellent. If you’re running homelab or legacy enterprise gear and want refurbished parts that are actually suitable — not just “it should work” — Techbuyer are well worth considering.

Sah so aus als ob es aus Deutschland verschickt wird - kam aber aus England. Hat daher fast eine Woche gedauert bis die Ware gut verpackt geliefert wurde. Daher auch die 4 Sterne.
War ein Xeon Gold 6226 der seitdem im Tandem problemlos läuft. Und der Preis war sehr fair - also das warten hat sich gelohnt.

Jack called up to check if the HDD was compatible with my computer. Turns out it wouldn't have worked, so Jack suggested a different one that would work, and it did indeed work.

Had I not been called up, I would have ended up with a non-working item that I would have had to return, which would have been a pain, so they saved me a lot of hassle.

Excellent customer service, delivery excellent and on time. My new goto tech people.

I recently bought a number of refurbished SAS drives from Techbuyer for a NAS server I was building. They contacted me in advance of shipping to check the drives would be appropriate for my intended purpose - a good sign.

The drives arrived quickly and all was well to start with, but after a few days one of the drives went bad. I contacted Techbuyer and without any argument they sent me a replacement drive which arrived next day! Excellent customer service.

I will definitely use Techbuyer again and heartily recommend them.
