Great product as described and speedy delivery

Needed extra 8gb ram to pair with existing Kingston 8gb card. Website descriptions for cards available were very comprehensive and I was able to find an exact match for the serial number of the existing card in my laptop. I did not find such comprehensive descriptions on any other site I visited. I placed an order on a Sunday afternoon, understanding the order would be processed Monday morning for 24 hr delivery. The card arrived Tuesday morning and was really well packaged, came in anti static box and was wrapped all round in thick foam and cardboard.
I fitted the card and it was instantly recognised and is working well, no more ‘memory running low’ warnings.
I am not a regular buyer of computer parts but will certainly be using this company again if the need arises.

Ein Fehler meinerseits bei der Bestellung wurde umgehend behoben, die Differenz gutgeschrieben und der Rest in den Versand gebracht. Besser kann es eigentlich nicht laufen.

With ram prices skyrocketing I decided to hold off buying a new threadripper pro setup and was looking for any reasonably priced 128GB ddr4 kit for my existing machine. Still struggling to find any kit that was “new” I found a very good priced refurbished kit at techbuyer.

I hadn’t heard of the company before and I don’t usually go for any refurbished parts, so I was nervous about this. I’d found another refurbished kit elsewhere, slightly cheaper, but went with techbuyer because I found the website more appealing.

Order placed Friday and promptly received the confirmed order email. Also received an email from Account Manager Jack Taylor who wanted to check that what I’d ordered was compatible with my system. I knew it was but was really pleased with that extra bit of customer service, again Jack promptly replied and confirmed the compatibility and to contact back if there were any problems.

As it was a Friday I was expecting delivery next working day, Monday, but the package arrived Saturday Great! However only one stick of RAM was in the box! Naturally I was a bit panicky and emailed Jack straight away to say I’d only received one stick, included pictures just in case I had to get into a fight and I was absolutely dreading having to get into a fight about it.

I need not had worried.

Not open at weekends I received a timely email again from Jack on Monday to apologise, they were going to investigate internally and the remaining units had been shipped out. Still nervous, but at least there was the recognition of the mistake, reassurance, and it was done with no additional fuss. The remaining 3 sticks arrived the next day, the serial numbers/timings matched up and everything is working fine. I’m a first time buyer and also a first time reviewer. I understand problems sometimes arise and, to me at least, it’s important to see how a company deals with them before getting angry. I couldn’t have asked for better service from Jack Taylor and look forward to dealing with the company in future
