While we always strive for efficient, qualified support for our customers, we recognize we didn’t meet your expectations here when it came to your policy request. Insureon is currently partnered with 11 insurance providers, whose offerings help us best meet coverage requests across a wide spectrum of small business industries. The Hartford policy was recommended to meet some necessary requirements, but we understand if not all questions related to that recommendation were answered to full satisfaction.
