Way too long to get policy. I had to pay weeks before I received coverage. Duplicate paperwork had to be filled out and provided.

One of my policies has lapsed and I'm…

One of my policies has lapsed and I'm curretnly uncovered because your team failed to send me a form I had to fill out early enough. Even though I filled out the form before the end of the month and sent it in, nothing was done with it. I asked them to confirm if they had everything they needed, no response. Next thing i know my policy has lapsed and they are telling me to ignore that and they are working on it.

The team should be sending me these forms months in advance of termination. unacceptable

Greedy and lazy

They did not actively search the market for a better deal than what they offered me. They just offered a renewal of the policy I already have and on top of it charged me a "management fee". I spent 10 minutes of my time and found a policy with half the deductible AND 20% less cost. Greed and laziness has set in here.

OK turns out to be fine. I was just confused at the difference between TechInsurance and the actual insurer. All is well. I have my policy.

Super responsive with changing requirements

I had a lot of back and forth with my client in terms of what kinds of insurance they required for my contract with them. Holly was quick to respond with each change and helped me navigate some types of insurance that I have not needed to carry before.

Great Rates, Great Service.

Rates are always reasonable, staff has always been knowledgeable. Deducted a star for a problem with the commission payment website this year.

For a small company or a sole proprietorship, TechTechInsurance offers the best coverage at the best price.

Tech Insurance USED TO BE a local Texas…

Tech Insurance USED TO BE a local Texas outfit, with real people you could easily talk to. Since then, they've been gobbled up by the behemoth Insureon, with resulting degrades in accessibility and service.

I used to get custom insurance documents from them directly, had my own assigned person there, and could easily reach them. No more. Now it's some hard-to-reach man in Chicago that couldn't even get an upgraded policy quote in 2 weeks!

And they gave him a cell phone with a Texas number just to fool people into thinking it's still a local outfit.
If I were shopping for insurance, I'd look elsewhere.
