Way too long to get policy. I had to pay weeks before I received coverage. Duplicate paperwork had to be filled out and provided.

Refused to issue a COI
Representatives refused to issue me a COI and sent me to the carrier instead. Carrier says the broker has to issue the COI. I continue to be ignored by techinsurance. There is no phone number to call it's all email based responses with no accountability.
