Way too long to get policy. I had to pay weeks before I received coverage. Duplicate paperwork had to be filled out and provided.

This is my second business to need insurance with TechInsurance. They really are fantastic. I worked with Paola C who made numerous updates to my policies till the quotes were the best price covering exactly what I needed. I'd recommend TechInsurance as your first stop for insurance. Then when you compare them with someone else you can confirm what I always do: they already showed you the very best price you were going to find!

Quick response and insurance agent very helpful
Quick response and the insurance agent was very knowledgeable and helpful, she was able to answer all of my questions. I liked that I was able to do it all online and over email.

I really don't understand my renewall process
I really don't understand what is going on with my insurance renewal. I have received emails from techinsurance, insureon, the hartford and more. And calls from a different agent all together I think. I have no idea if another agent has taken over my account. It's all pretty confusing. I'm not sure if I signed up for 2 different policies or it's the same policy.

The whole process is straight forward
The whole process is straight forward, a reminder was sent a month ahead of time with application form. The agents were able to complete the policy renewal within two business days when the application was submitted.

The process to get a quote was quick and easy. Holly was great to work with. She was quick to respond and answered any questions I had. She adjusted the policies as requested and I was happy with the entire experience.
