I purchased a WisePhone 2 and was having problems setting up my WiseOS account. I called the help line and spoke with Yolani. She was of great help. She helped me with setting up my phone and profile. 10/10, she was very professional, helpful, and patient.

I'm sorry I cannot recommend this company. After purchasing their phone I sent it back and I understood being charged a restocking fee but they charged me over 150 or so because the new never used phone I returned was 'blemished' . I never used it! Felt very deceptive and I cannot recommend them. Beware

He was so was thorough explaining the apps and how I set it up once I receive it.
Our 33-year-old son that we adopted when he was five is mentally disabled. It is much healthier go or him to be tech less. He has a little piece of junk phone currently, it was the only option about 6 years ago.
So this is going to be a monumental step for him and Jay was instrumental in my decision!

I had a few issues switching over from a smart phone, I called and Tina walked me through a simple process to make sure that I had done everything correctly. It could not have been easier, and she made everything very clear and finished up within 10-15 minutes.

Tina made our experience great!!! My husband and I are both definitely "techless" as in very minimal technical skill when it comes to mobile devices. Tina very patiently walked us through every step to get our Wisephone set up. She graciously explained everything we did not understand until she was sure we did. She also called back the next day to make sure we were comfortable with the phone's operation. She took time with us again to help us fine tune some settings and make sure we were comfortable with the phone's functions.
We have only used the phone for one day but so far it seems quite straightforward in it's functions and easy to navigate. We appreciate it's simplicity and are looking forward to less time spent on the phone.
