Wise all the way

I am excited to start a more present and disconnected life with my new Wisephone! The transfer process was as seamless as I think it can be and the help I received from Tina was 6 stars!! She was very knowledgable and patient with me and my lack of technology skills. Thanks Tina and thanks for creating a phone to get our heads out of the sand and back into reality.

Outstanding support

Every time I've reached out to support through Techless, the response has been prompt and within their posted timeline. Their support is kind, compassionate, and respectful of the client and they truly care that I have a good experience. I might be frustrated at the issue, but I'm never frustrated at the people who help me solve the issue.

I wanted to return my new phone

I wanted to return my new phone, because I won't be using it. Mainly because daughter refuses it, we ended up dumbing down her iPhone. So, I chose domestic peace over Wisephone. Returning the phone outside of their regular return window, but they were gracious and made an exception. Zazi was the supervisor that helped me and he pleaded my case with his management. And got it resolved very quickly. He was understanding, knowledgeable and with a great human touch. It was a pleasure conversing with him. True professional!

Amazing customer service. Anthony did great but the compatibility of Wisephone with any application sucks. Why do they crash at times.

Tina, my Customer Service representative was great and helpful! Setting up a secondhand wisephone was a bit of hassle, as I had to buy a new sim card, but didn't know that until I was able to get connected with their customer service, which is only open during business hours, which made it hard for me to get connected with them. Once I did, and once I had the new sim card, the problems were resolved quite easily.

relationship renewal

First of all i love the simple life that this phone has brought into our home life. Iwas having trouble signing into my portal to make a change on the card i wanted to use for payment. When it didn't work I sent a text and had the pleasure of speaking to Yolani M. Unfortunately I was unable to still get in the plan but Yolani made it a point to set up a phone call to help me get this all fixed. I was unable to be available when she called as promised due to a situation I was having at our new house. She did immediately text me and said she did call as promised and I could still call her back or text. my fault that time has gone by but today 4/9 in the early am i sent her a text asking her again for help. she certainly did respond and we set up a phone call. She called and was so helpful, pleasant, and patient with me through the whole process. Now thanks to Yolani and her knowledge of the techless phone and website she was able to correct the email issue with me and guide me to the area to change cc numbers. Again these 2 phones have saved my marriage and have given the peace of mind we were in need of.....please recognize Yolani for her exceptional knowledge and help she provided today. I hope more and more adults start to realize the waste of time and energy on all those others apps.......thank you!

Excellent, professional, smooth experience

My experience with Techless so far has been fantastic. I bought a Wisephone from a friend (who liked the phone, but it just wasn't right for him) and called Techless to set it up. Yolani was friendly, easy to understand, patient and exceedingly helpful. I set up the phone with no issues. Thanks a lot! I'm excited to give this thing a whirl.

The customer is always wrong

This was a mess. They charged me twice for their subscription and refused to offer a refund because it was my fault I signed up twice. (It's an operational glitch.)

After about three weeks of trying to pry my number out of their cold dead fingers, they relinquished....... when I left a negative review here. Where would this have gone without the brute force of a mean review?

The number partially ported out. Wisephone was so hard to reach, the fifth Verizon rep I met with sincerely suggested I get a new number entirely. Everyone thought their response times were bizarre.

While my phone wasn't ported over, I got locked out of banking, missed calls from employers, and missed calls from family, who thought I was ghosting my mom before and after her best friend died. Because Wisephone's sloth, I didn't know my mom was calling for support when her friend was dying. The calls didn't deliver. Even though it's a tech problem, my family's still found a way to blame me.

After three weeks of trying to fix it, Wisephone had the audacity to take the negative review down the day they showed up (they offered me a free month of service for a number I had cancelled).

While our team may have been assisting other customers when you reached out, we recognize that needing help and not getting timely connection can be incredibly discouraging. Tina was extremely helpful in guiding me through changing our payment method after I was unsuccessful when looking for the proper settings in our profile online. She was very easy to understand and indirectly reminded me of different steps we had taken when setting up the phone earlier. It was a very pleasant and efficient interaction.

HORRIBLE: Failed After 6 Months — No Support

I really wanted to believe in the mission behind Techless, and at first, the Wisephone seemed like a great way to be more present with my five kids.
But the reality? Frustrating and disappointing.

They refused to allow Android Auto—even just for maps—meaning you’re stuck looking down at your phone while driving. Horribly unsafe.

The phone itself is sluggish, constantly freezes, and never feels reliable. Then after only six months of light use, it completely stopped working.

What’s worse is the customer service. Instead of standing behind their product, they’ve made the repair/replacement process difficult every step of the way.
For a company built around “intentional living,” the product feels unfinished and the support feels indifferent.

Save yourself the frustration and money—just lock down your current smartphone and skip this entirely.

Great customer support!

Tina spent so much time with me on multiple phone calls to solve dilemma I had and she was clear, went at my pace, and followed up exactly when she said she would. We ran out of time and she made an appointment for next week. I love working with this company!

Return policy issue

Returned a phone I used for a day and was docked $45 and the restocking fee of $55. Totally get the restocking fee, but the surcharge for damage is ridiculous.

UPDATE:
They refunded me after I filed a claim with my credit card company.

My emails were between Jay, Anthony, and Zazi.

Zazi ended the dispute.

Also, the customer service representative by the name of Anthony, during the "support," sent me a link to the song Saturn by SZA. Not sure why?
