I’d smashed my phone screen and was feeling poorly so left it for a day or so before calling. The chap who answered was so friendly and the process was completely straightforward and phone was repaired that day.

Easy to report claim and book repair. There was a few weeks wait but I have used the policy and likewise before and know they are worth the wait. Highly recommend!
