After my iPhone 14 dropped, the mobile access stopped working. I contacted LikeWize, and they provided an incredibly efficient service. They dispatched an engineer who came to my home, collected the phone, and within about 30 minutes, he had repaired and replaced all the necessary parts right there in his van! Not only was the service lightning-fast, but the engineer was also extremely courteous. He listened carefully to my issue and made the phone feel like brand new again. Highly recommend LikeWize!

I had a mixed experience with Likewize Repairs, but it ended well thanks to Michael Rodriguez. My original appointment on 27th March was cancelled at the last minute, and I had to follow up myself to get it rescheduled for 13th April, which was a bit inconvenient.

However, Michael Rodriguez was excellent. He kept me informed with a message in the morning saying he’d arrive in 20 minutes, which I really appreciated. He had also repaired my phone last year, and once again, he was friendly, professional, and completed the job quickly and neatly.

Overall, while the scheduling could be improved, the service provided by Michael Rodriguez was reliable and of high quality.

Had an issue with my S24 Ultra and it was covered under warranty. Booked a repair with Likewize as it was the fastest option.

On the day of repair Mark Mulrennan was the technician carrying out the work. He arrived before the scheduled time and was very accommodating and met me a little bit further from the original location. I had my phone repaired and back within a 30 minute window!

Looked at every little bit of damage on the phone, picked apart anything they could find to void the warranty, TINY scratch on the side of the phone, completely irrelevant to the actual issue of the screen no longer folding; reported it, told me instead it would be 800 to repair. Clearly just looking for money. Technician was extremely rude. DO NOT RECCOMMEND IF YOU ARE USING UNDER WARRANTY
