On the front page their Smartdash section of their web page they give the illusion of an estimated delivery of 2-3 days. Why am I still waiting after 6 days?
My order was placed on 22 April. The package sat in a Chinese airport for 2 days and has been sitting in the UK destination airport since Friday the 25th. It’s unlikely to be delivered before 30 April as Royal Mail hasn’t even got it yet.
They claim to promote transparency yet nowhere on the website do they advise that products ship from China which makes a mockery of an estimated delivery time of 2-3 days.
I will revisit this review to update and rate the product when, hopefully not if, my Smartdash finally arrrives

Bought the smart dash Pro, took a while to arrive (but I had expected that) very pleased with the product looks great, fairly easy to set up even though I’m not a Tech sorta person, and when I needed advice it was quickly given online by Paul in easy step by step instructions.

All in all a great product equally great customer service when needed, it’s working brilliantly and would certainly use the company again highly recommended

Would give zero if possible . I would recommend anybody considering buying anything from this company to NOT bother . It isn't even a British company. When the item , finally arrived . It wasn't the smart dash pro I ordered, but a portable screen . Total scam . BEWARE .

Was having trouble setting it up , as not very tech minded . The support and help I got was first class. Now using a brilliant smartdash pro

Easy to install and exactly as described.

I ordered smart Dash pro car play tablet as what it says on box you showed online. But what I received says portable smart screen not as advertised even got different fittings to what you showed in advertising photos so not very happy about it. Be careful if buying says smart Dash pro on receipt but not what you get with not use company again will pass to trading standards to check it

Service has been excellent and when I requested help they reacted immediately

Excellent service from Paul. My parcel went missing & put down as delivered. He went above & beyond to get to the bottom of it & send me a replacement. Would 100% use this company again

im writing this review litteraly the day after ordering . the reason is purely down to the fact they advertise and charge for 2-3 day royal mail express delivery. however i recived my tracking information the next day and the item is in china. so there is no way its going to be here in 2-3 days more lickely to be 2-3 weeks . totaly usless to me as i ordered this on 2-3 days beacuse i travel in 1 week and wanted it b4 i left . i will update this review once if i ever get the item but for now due to this one thing im starting with a 1 star review.

Update: Somehow this arrived 1 day after dispatch even tho it said it was in China. So Im not 100% convinced the tracking system is 100% truthfull but anyway . The product itself seems to be working pretty well i would say the video quality is 1080p at best not 4 k and although there is an sd card pictured in the product imagies it does not actually come with an sd card. despite that seems to be working fine atm and definatly looks decent in the car. responce of the screen is nice and sharp and the aux audio option works really well . 4 star

Very easy to set up excellent bit of kit

I am leaving a 5 star review for such outstanding cuter service support I have received from this company, unfortunately the item car screen I purchased arrive later than expected and then sadly was faulty (internal software issues) and myself not being very tech minded struggled but the customer service team were absolutely amazing with guiding me and helping me with the issues, unfortunately ended up with a full refund due to the faulty item but I cannot praise the support they provided through the whole process enough. Easy to contact via email and fast responses every time. I was dubious about ordering initially but they were so helpful and knowledgeable.
I was just unlucky with the screen I had.

Great experience using this company! The dash cam is brilliant and arrived on time when I had more questions about the product I contacted customer support and they were brilliant. Will use this site again!

5/5 - No problems at all! Love the dashcam, really takes years off the older car! Customer Service was good, I got a response within 1 day. Item arrived & done exactly as I wanted.

Simple service & happy customer

Easily connect to iphone 11 bit disappointed that i had to buy a micro sd card but reading description carfully it doesnt mention that one is included but pictures show one so i wrongly assumed. Mini coupe dash is to rounded to use mounting bracket so had to use suction cup on windscreen ( does block view a little) great quality dash cam that does a one or two minute loop recording. Overall very happy and still to connect rear camera

Ordered a smart dash with these ones, fantastic customer service and assistance with helping track my parcel, order arrived fairly quickly and the product was fantastic and easy to use. Will definitely be using techtrove again for future orders.

Ordered a smart dash pro car tablet
Took nearly 2 weeks to arrive and not the 3-5 days they offer. It travelled around China so it was never going to be 3-5 days
Having said that though the tablet (at the moment) is really good. Dash cam is pretty impressive with a wide view. Not yet tried the rear camera
I’m not brilliant with IT but getting through it with the help of the instructions
Can playback travel on the tablet.(yet to work out how to do it on phone)
But have linked it with my phone,which was easy.
The cable tidy clips are a bit big and don’t really stick that well but I’ll find some use for them
So overall,I’m very happy and hopefully get many years of use and enjoyment out of it

Atrocious from start to finish promised delivery in 3 days max complained..it was still in HONG KONG, TRIED TO RETURN...DID A RUNNER WITH MY MONEY AND NUMEROUS OTHERS, AVOID AT ALL COSTS,REPORTED TO EBAY,AMAZON, TRADING STANDARDS, OMBUDSMAN, ROYAL MAIL NUMEROUS COURIERS, found a phone number on website...it was JD Williams, they are/ were based in BELFAST ,OH REPORTED TO PSNI AS WELL SCAM COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, GOOD REVIEWS ARE FROM THE COMPANY DIRECTOR ..PAUL ...
