Didn't really have specific model in mind as I was just looking to upgrade a phone for my second line. TechTwice showed me phones and prices that were available. The one I ended up choosing was graded acceptable but to me it's more like in very good condition for a used phone. Because it's graded in acceptable condition, the price was also fantastic. Will recommend TechTwice to my family and friends who are looking for the next best thing with affordable price.

I put in to sell my iphone last friday; got free shipping label printed right away and 5 dollor bonus if you ship within two days. Printed and shipped at kinkos; contacted by a customer rep within a day; check mailed and recieved less than a week later.

A few of our employees just got upgraded phones, so we needed to sell their old ones. I was told I should check out TechTwice, so I asked them for a quote. Their prices were better than the bigger companies I checked, and their process seemed easier too. I sent in the phones and received our money shortly afterward. I'll definitely use them again when we upgrade our employee's phones.

I am frugal so when it comes to phones - lightly used is the only option for me. Well I never heard of this company before but after finding that several of the phones I saw on craigslist all had the same address - I did some investigating and found out about TechTwice. Once there I was very impressed with how polite and easy-going the staff were - they asked me what I use a phone for, my needs / requirements and price limit; a moment later they brought out a number of phones for me to look at all meeting my criteria exactly. They were very response to my questions and let me leisurely look at the phones individually until I found the one. I walked away with like-new smart phone for a mere fraction of the cost (<$200) and due to my work affiliation I got an additional $10 off the list price. TechTwice also pre-inspect / flash all their phones (so you don't have to) and of course there's zero-risk of the items being stolen / overly damaged. I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice and inexpensive used phone.

Did not ship, had to dispute with cc to get money back. Very bad experience.

This was my first time to do business with TechTwice and I have to say I couldn't have been more pleased! I sold my IPhone 5 and received the exact amount they offered me online plus a $5 bonus! Directions about shipping my phone were very easy to follow and they paid the shipping. Within a week of the time they received my phone I received the check in the mail!!!

Okay From selling an item.

I had to get a replacement phone because mine was broken. I had problem to reconnect the phone and I thought it was broken. Thanks to Ms. Hannah, she helped me fixed the phone and now I'm back up and running.

I sent out two different packages on the same day, one to techtwice and the other package to another company that buys back textbooks. I received payment in the mail from techtwice before the other company even processed my order or sent me an email confirmation. I am still waiting for any payment from them. I definitely recommend techtwice. Fast, and they gave me the amount they said they would.

Entire process went smoothly. Consistently received updates via email on progress of transaction. Funds were deposited into my PayPal account in less than 5 days.

I had an issue with one of the phones (long story short - Verizon has the WORST customer service on the planet!) and these girls helped me get it figured out. They are the real deal.
