Great product, good videos to follow – easy fix for my iPhone 6 screen!

Quiet confidence
I purchased the repair kit after viewing the video instructions.
I worked as a professional Instructor for 30 years, and this instruction package is the highest quality instructional package I have personally used. From the start to the finish, everything happened as explained, giving me the confidence needed to change the screen unit. Well done, Tech XS.

Got the 6S screen repair kit. Again great instructions (I fitted a new battery recently and this is more difficult). Re-connecting the various cables is tricky and requires patience. Everything is working great.

iPhone 6S Battery Replacement Kit

I had a badly damaged screen and a slowly ageing battery in an old iPhone 7 which I wanted to give a new life to. I looked at the Apple service pricing and also at purchasing a refurbished iPhone 7. The cost of having Apple repair and replace the screen and battery was almost $330 while purchasing a refurbished iPhone 7 (with 128GB, as mine was) would have set me back about $360. I investigated doing it myself and found TECHXS offered the parts, the required tools and the all important detailed instructions - which are available either in pdf or video format. This gave me the confidence to try and do the repairs myself. And by doing so I would save between $190 - $220 when compared to the other options I was looking at. The kits arrived and I sat down to undertake the work. I found the instructions clear and easy to follow and despite never having "opened up" an iPhone before, after a hour or so I had a newly refurbished iPhone 7 ready to be put back to good use.

In the end I was extremely happy with the whole process from purchase, to delivery (free shipping) to the quality tools and kits I ordered and to the comprehensive guides I could follow for both tasks. I would totally recommend anyone wanting to try this themselves to give it a go and be delighted by the outcome.

I would definitely do it again if I needed to!!

Great kit, comes complete with everything you need to change the battery. Very good value for money, way better (and cheaper) than dropping into an Apple store.

By far the easiest solution to a drained battery i've ever experienced. Cheaper than other places and much quicker than anywhere else. Give yourself 15-20 minutes to work, follow the instructional video and within no time you'll be flexing that tech whiz title to all your friends and family.

Anyone can do it, just gotta follow along to the instructions and believe!

I couldn't be happier with the purchase of the replacement battery kit.
It arrived within a day of ordering it.
The instructions were excellent. (I used the online video)
The tools supplied and the magnetised tray made the job so easy.
I wouldn't hesitate on replacing a screen myself now after my experience replacing the battery.

Arrived in two days (express postage) fitted perfectly, worked perfectly, couldn't ask for more.

iPhone 6 Screen Repair Kit
I must admit, I was a little skeptical about doing this, but the instructions were absolutely perfect even for an old fella like me. It required a degree of dexterity in particular re-connecting the home button connector and I fiddled with it for a few minutes using an illuminated magnifying light, seriously a very small connector, but with patience it all fitted well. The other connectors were a doddle and I must admit that the magnetic tray for the screws and cover plates is an excellent idea. Upon clipping the new cover in place, I noticed that it did not exactly go together easily, found out the the phone case was slightly bent, so that explained that issue. All in all I would have to say that it was a positive outcome at a very reasonable price. Can totally recommend this to anyone with the same problem.
