I came across the MobileZap when searching for a Samsung mobile accessorie. I was happy that not only was it the authentic Samsung brand and suited to my mobile but the price was reasonable as was the shipping. It got to Australia and my address faster than expected - what's not to love.

Placed order sent a number of emails asking why no delivery with no reply very disappointed

Checked reviews, contacted bank cancelled credit card to be replaced with new number and issued refund. Thankfully payment was still pending. Say they are a .au company shonky thieves and scammers.
Thankyou to all other buyers on this and other sites who have warned us about this company.

Good luck if you want to return items. Products, mind you, which were incorrectly described, and incorrect photos were posted the website.

Purchased a charging cable for my Samsung phone from MobileZap. The item arrived on-time and as described. The whole process from ordering online to delivery was seamless. Very happy with the product and service.

Purchased new case for my new Samsung phone. Not available in australia any more. Even though the phone is. My purchase arrived before the due date. Was securely packaged. And at a fabulously reasonable cost, even with postage added. I can recommend this company 100%

I placed an order from overseas (Australia) and the product arrived securely packaged and delivered to my door for a very reasonable shipping cost. The product that I ordered was exactly as promoted and described on the website. I would not hesitate to buy from MobileZap again in the future.

Order was straight forward and delivery was quicker than expected.

Mobilezap customer service is terrible. My phone case was faulty and they provided a replacement within the 1 year warranty period. However, the replacement had the same fault. I contacted customer service, who offered me a replacement or refund. However when I requested a replacement, a different customer service agent decided they weren't going to honour the original offer. Very disappointing and very rude customer service - they never bothered replying when I questioned why. I will never buy from them again - and have already told all my business and personal connections to avoid MobileZap for selling a poor quality product - and for their dishonesty in going back on their word to offer a replacement (which would only have cost them $20).

I found the item (for 5yo phone). Order value was decent price and so was delivery cost. Would check out the website in future
