I ordered a matching dress for me and my daughter. Paid £45. 2 months later no delivery and no refund. I received one email from a 'Pamela', no result. A complete scam. So disappointing.

Truly awful. Never got my order and never got a reply to multiple emails and social media messages. Avoid.

Terrible -ordered weeks ago and no sign, no tracking info, no help. Wish I’d read the reviews. I wanted to support a small business instead of Amazon !

My daughter is incredibly sad as we’d chosen this particular item together as a treat for her.

I feel bad cause after I ordered from here I read the bad reviews and panicked, when I only received 1 of the items I thought they had ripped me off as well, but you know what I was wrong, the rest come this morning. So I got a happy boy. I was wrong to listen to the bad reviews.

Ordered a dress, want to return it as the quality is poor, so contacted by email, said they would reply in 48 hrs and still haven't heard anything. Now have only 5 days left to return item!

Awful. Ordered a birthday present for my daughter that never came. When I complained I was sent a cheap toy that wasn’t even what was ordered. Never got my money back. DO NOT USE!!! SCAM

Ordered matching swimsuits for mum and daughter early May, towards a vacation. never received them. Refund was promised in June. Since then wrote to them but haven't received a response. Not refunded yet. Order #18245

DO NOT ORDER from here. This is a fake website. I ordered a musical instrument toy and never received it. I wrote several messages in their “contact us” box and never received a response.

Do not order from here! I ordered a prom dress for my little girl. They was no tracking number. Delivery takes 7-25 days and still I have not received it. When I I tried to get intouch they was no response. I ordered the same package else where and came with days. Now trying to get a refund, which is taking agers. Totally unacceptable!

I’m absolutely devastated - I paid £45 for matching dresses for myself and my little sister. I waited 2 months for delivery and nothing came. I asked them for a refund, they sent a fake email showing they ‘refunded me’, when I questioned it - they’ve ignored absolutely every email! I’ve been emailing them once per week begging for my money back and they’ve ignored every single email. £45 gone in the bin :(

Ordered a dress for my friend's baby.after 2 months still nothing.requested the money back from my bank.they then decided they were going to send me a tiny parcel cheap plastic toy that costs less than a £ and told my bank they had sent £25 baby dress!! Avoid at all costs!! I'm still disputing the reply

Taken my money but no item or communication

I wish I’d checked TrustPilot before ordering. I ordered a toy for my niece 25 days ago - the tracking still says it hasn’t shipped and the company don’t respond to emails. Thankfully I used PayPal who refunded me instantly.

IT TOOK 26 DAYS FOR THE ITEM TO ARRIVE. THE FIRM DID NOT REPLY TO ANY OF THE EMAILS. THE ITEM WAS NOT BOXED. IT WAS WRAPPED IN BUBBLE WRAP. IT DID NOT HAVE A CERTIFICATE STATING AUTHENTICITY. I STRONGLY SUSPECT IT IS A FAKE. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE

I ordered a plushie for like $60. When I never got a shipping confirmation I wrote the an email and never got a response. They just straight up stole my money.

Very poor customer service, had to involve Credit Card company to get our monry back. WWould never use them again. Use them at your own risk

No product ever delivered. No tracking. No correspondence from company. Avoid. If you do take a chance then make sure you pay by protected pay option. Likely to be a scam.

Ordered a dress for my daughter in May, plenty of time for a party on 25th June. The dress has not arrived. There has been no communication from the company and no sign of any tracking.
Awful experience. Dreadful customer service.
