DO NOT order from this scam website. They will send you some ridiculous soft toy instead of what you actually ordered. I paid £57 for a soft toy (large horse) which was a donation for a still born baby charity holding a race night. Instead I got two ugly, tiny dolphins you wouldn't even have paid £5 for. I've raised this with PayPal but it seems it's a common complaint raised with them and nothing is being done about it. All the good reviews are fakes. Please save your hard earned money and AVOID this company.

Absolutely awful. Ordered a dress for my niece back in March for my wedding in June.
We are now in June and no sign of the dress. No contact numbers. I’ve sent several emails and only had one response mid may saying it had been returned by the courier but they would dispatch and send me the tracking details.

No tracking details were ever sent and no response to my further emails. Avoid like the plague. I’m now left trying to find a flower girls dress last minute.

This site is a complete scam. Do not buy from them.
Ordered something in February, it never turned up which I then contacted them they then came up with some bulls##t story about how it got lost. Still waiting for a refund which I'm guessing I will never see.

SCAM - Ordered a large fox plush (£47) for my daughters birthday, never arrived, raised a dispute with paypal, they then sent me a small random gold bag with a piece of sponge inside - which was post marked the day I raised the dispute, probably to delay things even further, they dont respond to email, livechat - still going backwards and forwards with paypal - If you keep reading the reviews they all sound like my experience and I don't believe for 1 second the good reviews about this company - they are clearly made up.

I doubt they produce original designs, they do look like copied from other companies. The photographs are brilliant, not sure if those are authentic. Their tags are different, some teeny bumps and some others probably different factories. Having said that, if they do copy they do a pretty good job of it. PROS really cute clothes, and great prices, good selection CONS on my last shipment 2 of 7 items i purchased were 100 percent polyesther, whereas the description says cotton. Went to trash. Does not worth to go through hassles of returning. Their delivery can be a bit slow at times, but i never had an issue. Cannot say much about the quality, but it's enough to last - babies grow out of clothes super fast. I'd say they are the best if you have a photo session or a trip coming up, just order ahead of time. Sizes seem to be correct. I've ordered for two kids and so far mostly satisfied, again cannot ask more for the price. It's a bit of a cat in a bag, you don't know what you get but 70 percent of the time you will like it.

Placed an order in February, nothing other than the order information placed did I receive, tried several times to contact them and nothing, after 2months I had to do a claim back through the card I used to order it with, today apparently the order was being delivered!! This was 2 junior bridesmaid dresses for my wedding, what actually came is a tiny rubber panda, with all the order details of the dress order on, scam place DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Placed an order on the 26th February 2023 that cost £39.99. I have never received this item. I have tried contacting them several times via email, fb messenger and Instagram messaging but nobody has ever gotten back to me. Will never order from the website again.

I ordered a product 2 months ago and still haven’t received it. I have had no contact from them and i’ve emailed and messaged on instagram a total of 8 times and I have had no response. I have taken this up with my bank to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Wish I’d thought to check reviews! Ordered a plush toy that’s never arrived. Contacted via the Contact Us option twice, no reply. Total scam! Like everyone else have given one star as no option for a red light Beware!

I want these scammers to be shown on the BBC! So everyone can see how many people they’ve conned out of money! I’m so angry that they took £60 of my money for my baby’s cot bumpers… my baby can’t sleep in her cot at the moment as I was waiting for these bumpers and they’re obviously never going to come but I now don’t have money to buy some elsewhere so don’t know what I’m going to do at the moment. Absolutely disgusting! Follow the link and put in your story hopefully if loads of us do this then we will get them exposed on television and stop them scamming others!!!!!
