Do not order. Or do it, but for my experience, I haven't received my order since September. I tried to "talk" to the company via email, they answered once (and I sent like 10 email) and they said " we can send another parcel or we can refund you" in November at the end, or something like that, and never heard from them.

This is a fake/scam site. I ordered a gift for my niece several weeks ago, and it still hasn't arrived. No word back from customer service via email, and there's not a # you can call. I called my bank and they've credited me the money and initiated a fraud claim.

Order never arrived. No communication with them possible.

No item delivered, no response to any emails and no money refunded when i requested it. Do not pay this 'company' any money.

The skirt I ordered never arrived. The confirmation email with a link to order and website, now don't exist.

I have tried contacting them via a form online, heard nothing back. The email address pings back.

Wish I had read the reviews.

Really wish I'd seen reviews about this company. Absolute rip off. Order a Christmas present which never arrived and no contact from them either. Shocking that no one has managed to shut them down. Pieces of s**t to do this to people

This was a Christmas present for the grandchildren, I had confirmation then nothing, I sent an email and got no reply and now the website has disappeared.

Unfortunately had to give one star as ther was not an option for no stars in order to leave this review for a fraudulent company . This is a scam company stay away from them . Ordered a Garfield plushie toy 50cm and they sent some little weird rubber panda that is not up to a metre in size .My bank is taking action against them for a charge back

Wish I could put negative stars. Like everyone else, ordered a gift that never arrived. No response from e-mails or contact form on site. Took my money and delivered nothing!!!!

7/11/22 placed an order for my second god childs birth 4 months before she was due. I thought even if she was early id have it in time and to this date the item isnt here and lost hope, as i write this the date is 29/12/22. Do disappointed that this happned as i struggle with monry as it is and wanted to get a few nice things. I with i checked the reviews first please dont make the same mistake i did go else where.

I’ve ordered a Christmas present for my daughter from this website but they don’t seem to exist anymore, I can’t access their website today? Can anyone advise?

Ordered on the 9th of December. Not recieved item which was a present for our daughter. Emailed with no response. Obviously scammers. Wish I checked reviews before ordering. Will be pursuing until refunded!

Ordered on the 5th December. Got a confirmation email but nothing further to advise the order had been shipped. Have emailed twice with no response and I'm still waiting for my order. Was meant to be a xmas present. Only wish I checked reviews before ordering. Lesson learnt, I think.

Absolute scam - DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Item ordered on 6th December, no confirmation email, no communication. Emailed them 6 times and no reply, so will now be taking up with my bank in order to obtain a refund for being scammed.

Avoid. Not dispatched a month after order, do not reply to emails, no phone number.

Not received my order and not even notified of dispatch despite them still saying it’s in stock on their uk website. Wanted toy for my son before Xmas . Ordered 7 days ago. Very concerned after reading these reviews that it may not come at all. How are these dodgy companies allowed to keep trading? No phone number. Can’t speak to anyone. They are clearly ripping people off and getting away with it. I will give them one more week for my item to arrive before hiring an investigator to find out who they are and where they live so I can post all the details on every review site going. Are you listening teeny bumps? Sort yourselves out before someone else does!

I ordered a dress for my daughter's choir concert on 11/14/22. The concert is on 12/8/2022 (TOMORROW!)
I have not received a shipping notification, follow up email, etc. so about two weeks after I ordered I sent an email, but received no response. I have now sent four emails and a message on Facebook Messenger and nothing. The choir dress code is specific so I had to order through another company and pay extra for rush shipping so that we had a dress! I WILL be disputing these charges with my credit card company.
