Terrible after sales service
Ordered custom fit trays and whitening gel. The order was received in good time but that is where the good experience has ended. The custom fit whitening trays need to be shipped to the lab. I did non't received any packaging which which to safely send the moulds to the lab and had to pay for signed for delivery.
The lab received the moulds on 17 December and as of today I have not received the trays. I have no contact details for the lab so cannot follow up on status. Teeth Whitening Superstore is not responding to mails and their phone lines are always experiencing high volume and they hang up on you. They do not return calls to messages left. So essentially I have a bunch of whitening gel, but no trays with which to use it. Pretty useless. Go to a dentist and have it done professionally rather than wasting money on this company. The gels are not much cheaper than the dentist. The custom fit trays are cheaper, but only if you actually receive them. Avoid at all costs.
