TeeTrutle provides cute and nerdy stuff like T-Shirts, Plushies and Stickers.
I bought some funny T-Shirts and I love them. The quality seems good and they are comfortable. One of my Shirts arrived later because it got stuck in customs, I thought it got lost and contacted their support team. They were super friendly and helpful. I already put in my next order :)

If I could give it ZERO, I would!

I ordered from this site on the 19th of May. I sent numerous e-mails because my items still hadn't shipped within the next two weeks. Finally on June 4th I was responded to. They refunded me shipping and provided me a tracking number. The tracking number links to DHL that says my package still hasn't even been picked up for shipping. I've since asked for a full refund (two days ago now) and have received no response. BUYER BEWARE!

Ordered and it took longer than expected. Items received and it was exactly as advertised.

I managed to input a shipping address I haven't had for many years and only noticed the day my order was due to deliver. I reached out to TeeTurtle to ask about my options for recourse - then I realized the shirts I ordered were final sale. I fessed up to customer service and thanked them, but I'm a reasonable person and didn't expect a refund for shirts that were final sale. I've worked in retail and I own a business. AND the address was my mistake anyway. So I placed a new order with the right address and loved the shirts I received. The original package finally made its way back to their warehouse and they asked if I was sure about not wanting the refund. I said no thanks. And then they emailed me a gift card for their shop for the amount I paid. So unnecessary, but kind and very exciting. I'll definitely use the gift card. And I'll buy again with my own money. I can't promise you'd have the same outcome, but the whole point is to be kind to CS. You never know what they might be able to do for you.

I've always enjoyed the designs of TeeTurtle and had finally worked up to making a purchase for myself. The shirts are generously true to size and very comfortable. The graphics look amazing on both shirts and stickers. Stickers are a very high quality.
Unfortunately, one of my shirts did end up arriving damaged, but that allowed me to experience their stellar customer service. I quickly sent them an email and within 24 hours they made an order to send me a replacement.
I look confidently forward to enjoying future products.

So I’ve been ordering from tee-turtle for a few years and what drawn me to this place was the marvel tees and then the quality of the product. but then they stopped selling marvel stuff to the UK, now tees that have bought recently are shrinking quicker than the ones I bought years ago and the quality isn’t what it was. I think it’s time I start looking else where

My order got lost on delivery, It has been 1 month and the support team ask me to wait 20 days after the last shipping update in order to get a refund. This is ridiculous.

I tried to track my order (DHL) ,nothing! They told me to talked to teeturtle. I just sent an email. I hope I get good news back.
I needed it for Christmas time.

The order was delivered in one week. T-shirts were exactly like in the pictures, super cute and good quality for the price.

Fun clothes and the quality is good. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars is the slow shipping. It took a little more than 2 full weeks to receive my items. Another downside about the shipping is that it does not give an estimate about when it will arrive. So pickup is more convenient.

I have ordered here 3 times. Cute quality products. Obvi ordering from EU is expensive (shipping + customs) but I shop during their -50% sales.

They are using Route for their shipping. So in order to track shipment you are forced to install application of 3rd party, who in their TOS reserve rights to sell your data...
They give your data to them without your consent aswell...

So no, don't order from them, this is scummy behaviour from both companies...

TeeTurtle tricks you to pay 3rd party company, who then forces you to install their app, who then sells your data everywhere they can!

They force you to jump through hoops in order to get tracking number, making it annoying and hard to do it, just so you have to install that garbage app.

Instead of providing you with the number immediately like any decent company.

They are literally tricking you into paying Route to sell your data around.

Been admiring their adorable shirts for ages, but always bit cautious of over seas companies. Well these guys delivered! Bought several gorgeous good quality shirts for the whole family and they were thrilled too by the quirky designs. Will definitely be keeping an eye out on the next sale.

I now have 2 reversible plushies and they're both so well made. They're soft, well sewn, the colours pop... I love to support small businesses and this one really does put a lot of love and care into their products. 100% recommend

I think this is my second or third time buying from them.

Very pleased with the t shirts, exactly as shown on website. Quick delivery from the US and TeeTurtle were helpful on Twitter before purchase when I was trying to determine which size to get.

Really cute T-shirts, but I don't think they are 100 percent cotton anymore though they still claim to be. The feel of the shirts is more like a rayon blend, and they shrink now even when I never put them in the dryer. Just like a rayon cotton blend does. I started noticing this with their shirts last year. Prior to that, what I really liked was that their sizing was consistent - I always knew the women's medium would fit me perfectly. The shirts I bought from them years ago still fit me the same while the shirts I bought last year are tight, when prior to washing they also fit me perfectly.

UPDATE - I gave TeeTurtle my information (except reference number since there are a number of orders where the material doesn't feel like 100 percent cotton and the shirts shrank upon getting wet) and no one contacted me. I didn't need anyone to contact me. I just don't know why they said they would publicly if they weren't going to. Rayon is a nice fabric. I just don't like it because it shrinks. I only buy 100 percent cotton shirts and it's hard to come by, since it's getting expensive. No issues with TeeTurtle if they are no longer selling 100 percent cotton shirts due to cost. They just shouldn't be advertised as such.

The team and products at TeeTurtle are awesome, best customer service experience I've had. I made an order on black Friday with expectation that it would arrive and be ready to give for Christmas. Unfortunately the courier company let me down, but TeeTurtle were so amazingly helpful in fixing the problem, they resent the order with extra goodies and told me even if the original one arrives that I can keep both. Their promptness of replies, kindness, understanding were just so refreshing in such a situation.
I love their fun t-shirts (good quality, multiple orders, only need more cause they grow out of them) and also they have excellent fun games which we are enjoying 3 of.
