No instructions and light would no light up unless connected by USB I thought I’d charge and not use wire not great quality for price Looks cheap Have returned it as not satisfied Difficult to to that as well

The light is designed to charge via USB, and once fully charged it can be used without being connected to the cable. We’re sorry if this was not clear or if the product did not perform as expected in your case.

Replaced 20yr old cfl downlight with this modern led fitting.
Clamping springs are a bit fiddly, might have been better to have them fitted before delivery.

Excellent customer service, delivery & product
The customer Service was excellent - to the point of sending a video to show exactly how the GU10s fitted into the bronze & copper 4 light bar spots, having read of issues in fitting/replacing bulbs for similar elsewhere.
The delivery was quick and timely.
The product looks excellent and electrician confirms should be no problem in fitting them - though not fitted yet
