The floor lamp I ordered was very well packaged and was delivered the next day for no extra cost - amazing! The lamp was in the sale and was a very good price. The lamp itself is lovely and sturdy - so overall, I am very impressed with this company!

Signed up for newsletter, get a free delivery email Sunday, order on the Tuesday and code doesn’t work. Emailed and advised code ran out yesterday when I was trying to order? Customer lost at first attempt, no goodwill to offer the free delivery!

A quick search and the lamp is cheaper elsewhere with FREE delivery!!

Customer retention not high on their priority clearly, glad I avoided now!!!

My experience with ValueLight Company was indeed great👍despite being their first customer. I bought an Energy Saving Spiral🌀Fluorescent Light💡Bulb from them and after it was delivered I put it in my two pin socket and immediately I heard a loud bang/spark with a tiny smoke 💨 coming out at the burnt end of the bulb and in my mind I was like there goes my new bulb lol while being seriously disappointed!!. So I was like let me inform them and see if another can be sent to me or rather I just request for my refund. My thinking 🤔 was that they might not want to send another so they would highly likely prefer giving me a refund by which I was so wrong coz they indeed apologised more-so sent another which was quite impressive to me because it tells they value and take their customers issues or problems seriously and they are willing to go above and beyond to rectify whatever issues at hand!..On this note I would like 👍 to say a very Big Thanks to you all and especially to your staff Andrew that responded to me as regards the issue!..And to as well Lily subsequently!..Do appreciate you all. You guys are the best!!!. Henceforth, I am your devoid and loyal customer in anything related to electronics or any other aspects of business you guys deals and engage in online on EBay..Once again thanks guys I am deeply grateful!.God bless!..Wishing you guys Happy Easter 🐣 Monday!.

I purchased 2 x Traditional table lamps for my bedside cabinets. Extremely pleased with the lamps, they arrived quickly and were very well packaged. The lamp met my expectations, a lovely heavy base so if you do knock them they don’t fall over, the shade was beautiful.
I will definitely come back to value lights in the future.

Would not recommend. They have taken my money but I received not confirmation, so I emailed to ask what was happening but I'm still waiting and £423 out of pocket.

Was an issue with the courier which was resolved promptly by Callum. Communication was quick and easy with super fast responses.

Please do not ever buy from this shop. I bought a lamp and it was damaged. I asked for a refund and used their link to send the parcel back. They're not issuing refund on the basis that the parcel hasn't reached them. How am I liable for this when I used their provided label and handed it over to evri. This business is a scam kindly avoid.

No sooner had I placed.my order, it arrived. Great turnaround time and the lights were brilliant and just what I needed. So all in all a great shopping experience and I'll return when I want something else.

I bought a pair of ceramic based lamps with white shades from value lights. They are absolutely beautiful, great quality and such great value. One of the shades was slightly damaged but within 72hrs I was sent a replacement . The customer service is fantastic. I would highly recommend this company. Excellent service.

Bought a tall black floor lamp from Value Lights recently and am very impressed all around. They offer a first order discount which I didn't qualify for because the lamp was on sale and so cheap it didn't meet the threshold. Communication with their customer service was excellent, and delivery was exceptionally fast and reasonably priced. Will be shopping with them again.

Ordered 2 lights from Valuelights, but only one arrived, I emailed them and they were quick to reply and confirmed that it was their mistake. They sent out another one immediately and I received it the next day. Exceptional service and I won't hesitate to purchase from Valuelights in the future

I ordered a lamp via Amazon on an Amazon Prime delivery and the product failed to arrive and what disappointed me most is the complete lack of communication from both the Seller and the Courier Company EVRI. I am still none the wiser 2 days after delivery, despite chasing and asking for an update. ValueLights have advised it could (!) take up to 48 hours to get a response from EVRI regarding the delay. Not good enough these days. Beware of this company

Had a smart plug that went faulty and the company were friendly and efficient in the process of a refund. Would use them again without hesitation
