excellent service far exceeding expectations
We had 2 drive failures, which was just bad luck and certainly not the sellers fault. Despite all that they replaced the faulty drives within 24 h at no cost at all.
That was more then I expected. We will certainly buy again in future, and will recommend this company to others.

I received excellent customer service and advice via phone and WhatsApp. My parcel was delivered timeously along with the correct invoicing. The hard drive I purchased was also matched correctly after my many questions.

I appreciated the extremely quick response to my request and for sending the product overnight. Another supplier had just ordered the incorrect part and was about to suggest that I wait another two weeks for the part to be ordered from the UK.
