I was feeling really bad in the morning of the 31st and I was running a fever of 99.8. The doc on line thought I had a UTI and needed some meds to get things cleared up. They phoned in a prescription to a nearby drug store. Once I started the medicine, I felt much better.

They took my money and never gave me the right prescription. I called about 10 times and they keep hanging up the phone. They are only about the money. Total scam

I have used them a couple of times & will continue to do so. I had a bad UTI which I usually get once a year. TelMed always takes care of me within a couple of hours by sending in my prescription. This means a lot when you cannot see your doctor and you know you could get much worse quick.

I've had excellent luck with TelMDFirst... For $190 per year, their service is everything I need. Understand what you're getting though- it's very basic. I use them solely for basic prescription refills. It's simple, contact customer service, schedule a provider visit, a couple emails back and forth and your script it as the pharmacy. No games, it just works [for me]. I have not had to ask for anything more complicated [yet].

Today, I had a snag will billing and got in a place where I was double billed. I called customer service, was in the hold queue for about 3 minutes and a rep came one but was promptly disconnected. I called right back and that same rep answered the call- no hold queue. Impressive. My refund was sorted in a matter of minutes and my script order was placed.

Again, their service is basic and primitive but that's exactly what I need and want and please note that I am a verified reviewer here on TP!

Every March I get the WORST allergies! Sometime it leads to a terrible sinus infection! Unfortunately that happened this time! I had tried all the natural remedies to avoid it, but I got a raging sinus infection. I was miserable! I’m a busy mom of 4 kids- and it is almost impossible to find the time to go into the doctor for myself! But I used this service and the Dr sent a prescription within 2 hours! Last night was the first decent sleep I’ve had all week, and today I feel sooo much better already! SO grateful for how hassle free this was! Couldn’t log in despite having an annual membership. Spent an hour and 45 minutes on hold waiting for someone to answer the 24/7 (800) number. Had to call back. When I called back the customer service rep struggled understanding me and had to switch to text exchange. Took me almost two hours to get logged in.

Quick response on my need and prescription sent to pharmacy.

Filled out questionnaire in about 5 mins, RX sent to Walgreens within 90 mins. Fast and easy.
Unfortunately WG had to order the medicine..24 hours later still waiting.
Would definitely used TelMDFirst again, Walgreens never again.
