Our family has used Telmdfirst.com on several occasions. The process is super simple and makes getting necessary medications so much easier than the traditional method of seeing a physician first. I highly recommend their services.

Awesome Experience worth the money !

I had a disappointing experience. They called and asked a lot of questions but wouldn’t share any information in return. They wouldn’t explain what they thought my condition was or what they planned to prescribe, only that I’d receive a text with a prescription. Afterward, they sent a message asking for a 5-star review.

I wouldn’t recommend this service. I prefer a provider who actually discusses my medical concerns and explains treatment options, rather than prescribing without any clear communication.

It’s too stressful to go into the nightmare details. It does not help to only speak to foreigners whom are difficult to communicate with. And they use names like apple kiwi etc which makes it even worst.

Their website leaves out important details.
It say a prescription in 15 min ok I’m over 24 hours due to their incompetence just in even writing the instructions for the antibiotic. Had to contact them 16 times. Then to dig even deeper the 4 th attempt dr wrote it for Augmentin “only”??? The insurance company denied it and the pharmacy called to let me know it would $1026. Excuse me does it come in a 24 carat gold bottle?

Anyways after the continued torture to the next day my husband is on his way to FINALLY PICKING UP MY SCRIPT THAT I DESPERATELY NEEDED YESTERDAY

They are good doctors they know you need your medicine and they make sure you get it on time trust them they are there to help when you don’t have time.Its fast and easy.

Paid for a monthly membership, filled out the questionnaire with my symptoms and treatment I desired and within 10 minutes had the prescription at my local pharmacy. Could not be more pleased the best experience I've ever had with online Healthcare.

The plan detail was not clear, admittedly, I may not have read the detail clearly but as a first time user it’s something we look at quickly when someone is ill. Generally my issue is the misleading advertising of what is offered. It is quite odd the monthly plan would be limited to a single user at a fee that is higher than the annual plan. Biting the annual plan is a onetime all up front fee which is not consistent with how medical
Insurance is paid in the US. My advise look for another option. There are others available.

The problem I called for was promptly addressed and I am very satisfied with the care.

TelMDfirst Appears to be a scam. It took hours to reach someone and when they finally called, they did recommend a prescription for treatment (no narcotics - just a simple parasitic treatment). This was to be confirmed by text when the prescription was sent to my pharmacy. It was never sent but I did receive a text overnight recommending I seek emergency room services. I don’t think they actually have the certified resources to fill prescriptions but they do have the means to charge a credit card. Be careful!

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. PRESCRIPTION IN 15 MINUTES???? BULLSHIT. IT’S BEEN OVER 3 HOURS AND I CANNOT GET AHOLD OF ANYONE, OF COURSE THEY TOOK MY MONEY ONLINE THO. NO PRESCRIPTION, NO CALL BACK AND NO ONE ANSWERING THE 888 NUMBER. FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ran out of a prescription and could not get in to see my PCP for 2 weeks, so TelMedFirst quickly and easily sent in my prescription to be filled. A great service!

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received and the friendliness of the staff. My prescription was filled the same day and the questions they asked were thorough and specific to my needs. I will definitely use this site again and would also recommend to friends and family.

I'm so impressed with these Dr.s and nurses.. had staff going on and they looked into situation and diagnosed me to the perfect 10...they are all kind and making you feel comfortable with them and very patient.. couldn't go out was in bed so sick wonderful app got diagnosed and they sent my prescriptions in and treated me 100%.. didn't have to leave the house and rates are very reasonable..they even called week later with follow up. I will be using this app for all my lil things with my health concerns..I give them a 10...

The outcome was what I expected - good; not as goods as communication after signed in as maybe desires but would use again.
