Tenkararodco.com is the top notch spot for all your cane fishing needs. Amazing discounts, fast shipping . Just an overall amazing experience that doesn’t happen a lot nowadays.

They have no customer service, charge for items not shipped and refuse to answer emails or phone calls to customer service. That is the worst part. Over the last week and half I ahve sent 18 messages via phone, text, email or on their site and no response. I got one order with just 3 of the 6 items i paid for, it arrived 4 days after the express shippign i paid for and the other order never arrived. Will not order again.

the web site looks great but the service and response from the seller was horrible. My order was missing the stickers which I reached out to the seller, no response. When the package arrived, the box was made up of taped together boxes, it was NOT a complete box. Loads of tape were used just to create a box to ship my items of $300+. I wanted to like this store, I am not a happy fisher women

This company is not to be trusted and they're extremely disorganized.

I was going on a fishing trip and ordered a rod 1 week before my departure choosing priority shipping. In my head it would be shipped the next day and arrive in time.

When I noticed the order was not shipped I contacted them and asked them to cancel the order. I told them my departure date. They tried to convince me to keep my order and that it might be here in time.

I thought I would give it a go and asked them to add overnight shipping that I gladly would pay for.

Turns out that they didn't ship the order before two business days later (according to UPS receipt).

I was shocked to see it wasn't on it's way before Friday (contacted them Wendesday) and I knew the order would not be delivered before Monday (too late).

I reached out to them and asked WHY didn't you send it earlier?? They blamed UPS (even though receipt shows something different) and said they would refund ALL the amount with an understanding it was not their fault.

Guess what.. they only refunded the rod and not the $32 shipping cost! All this could have been avoided if they didn't try to convince me to keep the order in the first place.

Live and learn guys.. this is clearly and entitle company that think they can do whatever with their customers. I choose to order other places next time.. and I'll keep leaving reviews about this situation.
