Healthy chocolate night time drink
Great hot chocolate to have before going to bed. I like it made with water and a dash of milk. It tastes indulgent whilst being healthy - can’t go wrong.

Way tastier than tablets!
I've taken these ingredients as tablets in the evening to help with sleep, but these bars are a way tastier alternative. Just the right size for a snack with a drink and really tasty too!

I really recommend this hot chocolate drink as part of your night time routine… I don’t like hot chocolate normally but I really look forward to this every night.. it truly is scrumptious. It chills me out and in about 45 mins I’m ready to nod off..

Does what it says - a great nights sleep!
I bought the hot chocolate and the chai - I prefer the chai - but they are both great tasting. I fall asleep quickly and stay asleep - great product - thank you team! 😁

It works!
I'm a bit of a cynic, so I was a bit dubious about whether it would actually work, but thought it would be worth giving it a try anyway. I'm really pleased to report that from the first night I tried it, I had the best night's sleep I'd had in some time. And it wasn't a fluke - every night I have my hot chocolate, I sleep well and wake up feeling refreshed. Great product - happy to recommend 😀!

Snack bars are so moreish! Really oaty, soft, slightly crumbly with a hint of sourness from the cherries. Delish! Not sure how sleepy them make me, but definitely worth it.

Hurray for Ten pm
I am so happy to have purchased this lovely Hot Chocolate night time drink. It's made such a difference to a perfect night's sleep for me. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing.

I was really looking forward to us having a good night's sleep after making the Ten PM drink last night I sleep okay most nights but my other half does not, so it was mainly bought for her.

I followed the instructions to the letter, but it was still very lumpy, no problem I just need to stir it more, then the smell hit me, not pleasant at all, so I'd have to get used to that, then we tasted it, there is no getting used to that, it is horrendously sweet and I have a sweet tooth but this was on another level, we tried another drink of it but we agreed this is not something we need in our lives.

Works surprisingly well with a much better nights sleep.

The hot chocolate is delicious and helps me get to sleep
- and the free hand held electric whisk is a great addition to the routine - so tiny it’s easy to use in the mug and makes the hot chocolate wonderfully frothy!

I absolutely love this product. Have been drinking it for a year. It is delicious hot and cold and I really look forward to ie at the end of the night and sometimes in the afternoon when I want something sweet. Highly recommend. I am so glad they made The calm bar as it is absolutely delicious too! Also they have the best customer service. Always so helpful!

Being sceptical I bought a trial pack of the chai flavour (added a little honey) tasted delicious and amazingly I slept really well! Fluke I thought, but slept well again for the next 5 nights- a goodnight indeed! So will now try chocolate flavour- highly recommend give it a try.

Started buying this last year and haven't stopped as it's a super tasty and comforting drink, that really does make you feel relaxed and ready for a great sleep !

An easy to prepare drink which tastes great. A nice way to end a busy day and having a relaxing night

The bars are amazing they taste delicious and I do believe I might be sleeping better at night too

I've tried the hot chocolate before but much prefer the chai latte, a flavour I would not normally have considered. The fact that it tastes good made with water (I do add a splash of oat milk), means that it has fewer calories than if made with milk, which is great if you're trying to lose weight too! A great addition to the range.

Delicious / low calorie
It’s hard to prove that it makes a difference to my sleep (I also made other changes around caffeine) but that said I don't stay awake long after getting to bed any more. The drink is delicious and low calorie and I look forward to it each evening...
