If you have any problems sleeping then I would highly recommend Ten Pm Chai Latte and the Calm bar. This combination sent me off into a deep sleep. I was so relaxed and ready for bed. It was so good I recommended these products to my next door neighbour. I gave her the sample of a bar and a sample of Chai latte for her bedtime. She slept like a log. And has duly ordered her own supply of nighttime bliss. Thank you

delicious... and it works

I have struggled sleeping for over 10 years and haven’t had an unbroken night since having my son 36 years ago. I really believed that a full nights sleep would never happen. THEN I discovered Ten PM, I was sceptical but willing to give it a go.
I am now 2 weeks in and my sleep has improved significantly. I fall asleep quickly and I sleep all night, this has been life changing. I make mine with water, it makes a tasty, thick and creamy hot chocolate. The taste is amazing, it’s a rich chocolate taste, a real treat. Nothing remotely fishy. I can’t imagine not having it now

I was a little sceptical when I started Ten PM but hoped. It didn’t take its full effect immediately and I found it took about a week before I started sleeping for about 7 hours a night with fewer interruptions than before. I’m getting more enthusiastic about it as the nights go by.

In my humble opinion, this is the best hot chocolate in the world.
It is creamy and chocolatey (made best paired with full fat oat milk), and has zero sugar and helps you fall into a very deep and restorative sleep.
The only way it could be improved is if it blended in better as some powder seems to get stuck around the mug and it's pricey so you don't want to lose that powder! Despite this there's still no hot chocolate like it.

I absolutely love their night drink and it's now part of my evening routine and something I look forward to every night. It tastes great and is so healthy and I'm definitely more relaxed and sleeping better since using it.

I got a free calm bar with my last order which was absolutely delicious so I'll be ordering them as well going forward!

Goodness me, I am 64, and have had insomnia for my whole adult life.
Decades of either lying awake for hours getting frustrated, or going to bed at 2-3am because at least I would then fall asleep more easily. Decades of brain fogged mornings, aches and exhaustion.

But all that has changed! I saw an ad on socials for Ten PM Night Drink, and thought “anything is worth a try “. The first night I slept more deeply than usual, and thought I had to withhold judgment yet, to allow for the potential placebo effect.
After a week I was falling asleep easily, and having the most restful sleep of my life.
The drink is also so very delicious! I make it with half boiling milk and half boiling water.
PLEASE never stop making this!!

If you can’t sleep you absolutely have to try Ten PM Night Drink.

Lovely hot chocolate
I have been drinking this for the last two months, I started adding it to oat milk which was lovely but now find that it is just as good with boiling water. Really helps me to relax and unwind finding I am having a deep sleep, only problem is getting up in the morning.

I ordered the calm bars. They are really delicious! I was sceptical because they were gluten free/vegan but they are nice! They have really helped me to relax in the evenings. I’ll definitely be ordering them again!

Ten pm

Loving my night time hot chocolate - and sometimes even have it during the day when I need a sweet hit!

My Brother in Law recommended Tenpm to me as I have trouble sleeping. I was sceptical but thought I would give it a go. It really works. I am now able to get off to sleep and actually have a good night's sleep. The bonus is that it is a really nice drink.

I've definitely noticed an improvement in the quality of sleep and enjoy making it as part of my evening routine. I wake up feeling refreshed and well rested. Highly recommend!

I always sleep well when I have this before bed. Even if I'm woken up, I get back to sleep quickly. I used to take ages to fall asleep but not any more. A great relief!

Was incredibly hopeful this would be a beautiful tasting drink with which to unwind and relax into a full night's sleep. For me personally, the stevia is the most prominent flavour which leaves a very unnatural sweet aftertaste.
Bearing in mind the cost of purchase, there must be something better out there they could source than this awful ingredient to mean the actives were more pleasant to drink?
Such a missed opportunity to create a really amazing product. Truly hope they review the choice of sweetener and / or flavour profile.

Its so nice to have a hot drink before bed that doesnt contain caffeine, sugar and other nasties!

Best relaxing bedtime drink
So glad I found this - I love a bedtime drink but most are full of sugars - so this is tasty and not overly sweet - I put one tsp into my warm almond milk - perfect 👌

I decided to give this drink “ a go” and I am glad I did.
Delivery was quick and after a couple of nights it helped with settling and sleeping better and I feel calm if I wake up during the night. I am now drinking this every night before bed. Only downside for me is it is a bit pricey.
