We had a wonderful morning at the Farm and Dairy, and the mozzarella and burrata making course was excellent, interesting and very hands on. We all really enjoyed it, and it is a great family event. The team were engaging and the process was fast moving so there wasn't any waiting around. A light lunch - enjoying the cheeses as well - finished off a lovely morning. Thank you!!

Cooking with Chef David and Nonna was our favourite experience while in Puglia! Sara was an incredible host for the experience. We appreciated the easy communication from start to finish.
It was lovely to learn about the family olive grove, enjoy some wine, and learn to make bread and pasta in a traditional trulli fire oven. The meal was our favourite meal of the trip - David’s sauce is 👨🍳💋. If you want to enjoy a local cultural experience, we would highly recommend. Thank you David, Sara and Nonna!

The guide and expert taster were knowledgable and engaging. Fascinating to learn about the history of olive oil in the area whilst standing by a 2000 year old tree! The visit to the cave where olive oil was processed in the past was a highlight. Tasting was fun and educational. Good value.

We were a group of 4 ladies who did the Olive Oil Biking tour. We had an incredible time. Communication leading up to the tour was outstanding. We had to make some changes for the date and time and they were wonderful. Our tour guide Marco was fabulous. We learned so much about the history of the region and olives. The olive tasting was so much fun and very tasty. Marco made the whole experience fun and interesting. We would highly recommend. Beth

It was such a delight to be able to travel through the countryside of Apuglia. Experiencing true Trullis along the roadside and donkeys. It was amazing and it was interesting to learn about how they make their wines in this region. Thank you for such a wonderful morning

I can’t tell you hire much we enjoyed our private focaccia making event! From driving through the quaint neighborhood and arriving at the trullo and meeting our hosts, every aspect was beautifully anticipated. We talked, baked, kneaded, enjoyed drinks in the garden, putting bread in the oven… three full hours of fun, photos, baking education and great company. I would go back in a heartbeat and send all my friends!!

My husband and I had the most amazing time on the E-Bike Tour. We had so much fun exploring the towns and villages along the way. The guide was wonderful and kept us safe at all times and the lunch at the farm was delicious. Definitely should be on your to do list if visiting the Puglia region.

The cheese tour was an unforgettable experience! We visited local farms and dairies, learning about traditional methods of producing mozzarella, burrata, and pecorino. The fresh, creamy flavors were incredible, especially paired with local wine and olive oil. Our guide Sara was passionate and knowledgeable, making the tour both fun and educational.

We had the most wonderful experience at this Italian cooking school! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, friendly, and incredibly inclusive (we were a party of 3 - husband, wife & 12 year old daughter) We were made to feel at home, the stories of the property, the history that was shared with us was touching.
The instructors were not only knowledgeable but also so passionate and approachable, making the entire session feel relaxed and fun. We learned so much, laughed a lot, and, best of all, created (and ate!) some absolutely delicious food (we are vegetarian but that wasn’t a problem at all)
It was more than just a cooking class — it felt like being part of a family for the afternoon/evening. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic and joyful culinary experience in Italy!

We did "the E-bike tour of Cisternino and Locorotondo with tasting of local food in a farmhouse." It was a nice tour with very good bikes and guide Damiano was good and kind. Tasting of local food was more a complete lunch. We were expecting to see more buildings/churches in Locorotondo en Cisternino from the inside. Overall a nice experience in nice surroundings.

We loved the Burrata making tour! The fresh cheese was to die for. And the tour of the farm was also great. Finished off with lunch in the restaurant. It was a lovely chilled out experience. I just wish we knew that the shop closed during our lunch, as we wanted to buy products but it was closed when we finished!

We learned of the different aged cheeses. We saw the process of making different types of mozarella. Then it ended with a fantastic light lunch accompanied with regional wine. A must for anyone passing by Puglia!

We booked a cooking class with Chef Davide one day prior. Marco was very responsive and provided us all the details we needed, including several options.
Chef Davide and Simona were amazing. The setting was beautiful (real Trullis) and authentic and the food was delicious. Although I did not win the best pasta maker award (I was terrible), we had a fabulous time and a wonderful lunch.

We thoroughly enjoyed the cooking class with Chef Davide. It was such a wonderful experience. We had so much fun learning how to make pasta, and Davide was a brilliant, entertaining tutor. Sara was a fabulous host - so welcoming and friendly, and always keeping our wine topped up! We loved the setting, and the opportunity to cook and enjoy such a beautiful meal in the Trulli houses. The whole evening was exceptional… an absolute treat. 10/10!

We booked an off season Olive oil tasting tour for April 2025 and it was extremely well organised. We went to Azienda Agricola Savoia where we had a walking tour in the olive groves, learnt about picking times and processing periods for olive oils, we visited the underground old mill and learnt about how olive oil was pressed back in the day. The staff was very knowledgeable and walked us through the changes in production styles over the years. This was followed by olive oil tasting of 3-4 different types and the correct way to taste them and identify the good ones. Since olive oil is not pressed in april we didn’t get to see that but we were shown the machines and the process in the new plant. I highly recommend this tour!

Chef Davide and assistant Sarah were amazing hosts. We enjoyed Davide's passion for cooking and enjoyed listening to him talking about the history of his property. The cooking class was so fun and our meal was amazing. I would highly recommend this authentic Italian experience.

Our family totally enjoyed the tour of the cheese making at the masseria. It was enjoyable to see the cows and other animals too on the farm. The after the tour tasting was delicious. We highly recommend this experience to others interested in how mozzarella and burrata are made.
