I wonder if sending messages out could really help consumers not just track but no one actually delivers that would really help us out myself. I have over 30 more packages. I’d love to buy from you guys, but the knowing when the person actually arise won’t have you guys in two or three days Weather if that same package has arrived

I ordered my shoes size 10.5 they sent wrong size in 10 they didn’t want to return my money even if have proof I sent pictures they said to return item to UK and pay fees so this will be what I paid. Shame on them.

Not so great delivery in a bag and not a box. Shoes were squashed out of shape on arrival.
Also, offered a discount on a second pair which was not applied to my second purchase🙁🙁🙁

The shoes that I purchased were made of inferior materials and were not worth the price that I paid. The shoes cost as much as I would have paid in a retail store. Returning them was not easy and at my expense.

I wore my new shoes today! Super comfortable and really quite pretty. I was looking for a tan shoe for awhile and these looked special. Delivery took a lot longer than I hoped.

Terrible customer service

The Sunglasses are just as described, very stylish at a bargain price. Plus I love the UV filter tint. It doesn't make the world look dark, but a soft shade of brownish yellow.

Did not realize items ordered here were being shipped directly from China. My bad for not doing more research. Product not rec'd but China delivery svc said they dropped it by the door, in the yard, or in the mailbox. Apt complex so Mailboxes are all locked. No yard, and definitely not left by my door.

I ordered size 9 shoes but size 8 and a half arrived.To return the shoes I would have to send them to Turkey which required a full customs declaration and payment of taxes.
If they "accidently" send you the wrong shoes you have lost your money.
The offer of a 20% refund only makes me more suspicious

The shoes I ordered were extremely low quality, below what you would find in any American store. When I tried to return the shoes, I was ghosted. It’s a shabby operation scamming its customers.

This company lacks integrity in every way. The website is beautiful and can fool anyone. I purchased a pair of shoes advertised as genuine leather. Weeks passed without them arriving. They did finally arrive IN A PLASTIC BAG, and the shoes were not even leather, perhaps a synthetic plastic at best. They also did not fit. After writing the company for for a return and refund in accordance with their 30 day policy, they gave me several ridiculous options such as 20% refund and keep the shoes, 75% store credit, or an exchange. The product is of very low quality. I am not inclined to purchase anything from them. I requested a refund again, and they sent me an address in TURKEY. I have no idea if this was done so that the product never makes it back to China or if they are actually a Turkish company. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are false advertisers like Temu and SHEIN.

This website is a total scam!! I ordered brown leather shoes that were supposed to be hand made. A few days later I find out my package was coming from China. I immediately wanted to cancel the order. I do not want cheaply made shoes from china. I paid a a fair amount of money and was expecting good quality shoes. When I got my package I quickly realized they did not even came in a box. They were inside a plastic bag that looks like SHEIN but with the Terra House logo. Those shoes are not even brown, they are burgundy and the material is definitely not leather. Please don’t buy from this place!!

I recently received my order and needed to return the following items:
Mystic Edge Aviators - damaged
Selene Ankle Boots (Brown and Black) - too small and product not as described on website
Ravick Apple Watch Band - too large
Company did not respond with return instructions and the items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

(+) Good quality, comfortable, good fit. Price OK.

(-) Took WAY too long to arrive. I was preparing to cancel when they arrived.
