After years trying out different hosting providers I was introduced to TerraNetwork by my employer in 2014. Since then Terra has been my go-to. Best support ever, great and clean UI in the admin area and very competitive prices.
Probably the best ongoing customer service I have ever received from a host provider. Over the last few years any support requests I've made have been answered within the hour, usual well within 30mins. The hosting is really straight forward to setup and manage via the Terra Network website and control panels. Hosting performs really well for the types of website we build, predominantly Wordpress, Joomla, Opencart.

The reseller hosting package is really good value for money but what sets Terranetwork apart is the quality of the support provided by Edith and her team.

I've used Terranetwork hosting since 2010 and have never had any problems with their excellent service, infact I can't remember there being any downtime at all. As a web developer looking after various websites it's essential that the hosting I use is reliable and support is quick and helpful. TerraNetwork are the best web hosts our charity have found and we've tried more than a few. They are instantly responsive, have really great deals and packages compared with many outfits and very effectively keep the hackers away and all data safe.
