Will over charge for shipping. Product arrived damaged.

They did finally refund me, and sent also a replacement at the end, without me asking for it. So, at least they stand behind their products.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
I bought from this company the first time, because they were the only online site who had those door-lock system for the Tesla model 3 rear seats. When I finally received those, I noticed that they were 3D printed, and didn't actually avoided someone from unlocking the rear seat once installed. But I thought I will keep them anyway, since they could be a good visual deterrent for thieves. Took also for ever to receive those, but I thought that was normal since they had to 3D print them, so I didn't complain.
Around a month later, I decided to give that site another try, and buy one of their center console wrap for my Tesla model 3. I finally received my order today, 8 days later after placing the order on their site BTW.
However, for such an expensive item ($35 before my discount coupon), with the addition of $7 for shipping, for just 2 stickers, I was expecting a much better shipping and packaging (and customer service) experience.
I also have an e-commerce site, and I also use commercial shipping rates like they did through Endicia, and not only I ship my order to my customers right away, but I also know for a fact that they didn't pay the $7 they charged me for shipping, but much less, when using a regular flat envelope (without any protection) using the slow USPS Ground Advantage service.
But anyway, coming back to the weak packaging used, my order of those Tesla central wraps arrived completely damaged, with folds, dents, scratches and other wrinkles that will stay permanently on those stickers, even after being applied. So, I decided to don't install them. The condition of those items and the packaging/shipping experience I received doesn't at all match the $42 paid in my opinion. I had much better experience ordering from Aliexpress, with packages coming from China, for a fraction of what I paid for this order at Tesbros.
So, here I am now with my expensive damaged stickers which I can't still install, writing this review while not being a really happy customer at all. Oh and the cherry on the top of the cake was that, when I wrote an email to Tesbros support to ask for a solution to this issue, I got sent back an automated scripted message that literally said "if you're not happy with your purchase, you can return it". Nice customer service right there, isn't it ?!!
Well, in such case that's what I am going to do, and never ever buy from this company again. And if you're smart, you should do the same too!

My return request have been accepted by Tesbros. But guess what?... The return shipping is from my pocket, because they don't want to cover it. They did the wrongdoing, but I have to pay for their mistake now. Go figure.
