I recently contacted this company because I wanted to buy wheel spacers and needed some basic information about the correct bolt length. Unfortunately, the customer service experience was very disappointing. The representative was rude and dismissive, and instead of helping me with a simple technical question, they made it clear they weren’t interested in offering proper support.

Because of this, I decided not to place an order and will be buying from another supplier who can provide both the product and the technical information needed to use it safely.

Hanno tempi in pó lunghi ma dichiarato dal fatto che se leggi: pezzo a richiesta vuol dire che lo prendono dal fornitore. Lo dico per gli utenti. Per il resto prodotto conforme, assistenza gentile e veloce. Per me approvati e prendo sicuramente altro

I ordered a diverter valve which after asking took much longer to arrive than I could wait for. I explained the situation and my order was cancelled and got an Immediate refund.

Fast and friendly service, would recommend!

Shop is showing items in stock.
When I asked about the item to double check it is in stock, the answer was yes.
Asked about shipping time and I was told 1-2 days.
After 2 days, order still in processing state.
When I asked about the order, I was told it will be shipped on monday.
On modnay still processing, when I asked again, I was told theat they are waiting for parts adn it will be shipped once they will finish it.
Really a store to avoid.
They have comerrcials all over the internet but the shop istself is really shitty.

Had a cart ready to order. For some reason the discount i had dissapeared. Asked if it could be added back, but no way that was possible. Sad costumer service and will order somewhere else.

Bought air filter and EGR delete.
Paid import tax and shipping. Expensive. And now i got a tax&import bill again....

Quality is good and shipping was good.

I do not advise anyone to order from this horrible company! Before ordering I contacted them via email and asked if the product was in stock. They said yes. Delivery is 14-21 days. Once in a while I wrote to them and asked if everything was in order, to which they replied that yes. Three weeks they messed with my head and after three weeks wrote that the order was canceled. Clowns.

Delivery and tracking very good.
Ramair product: poor quality faulty item.
Customer service: non existent when I made complaint and sent the photo evidence on arrival of the product.
