Have used TES Compliance for a couple of years now and always pleased with their efficiency, professionalism and customer service.
The engineers that have attended are a tribute to the company. Polite and informative.

The work done from beginning to end was highly professional, easy on my part and I now have the knowledge of where to go if I need any more electrical work done. I looked for Electrical Testing people on Local Surveyors Direct. TES were the only one of the three to acknowledge my enquiry. I emailed TES back and I am very pleased that I did. They have been both prompt and professional from the first moment and I have no problem recommending them to others. As I said, they actually looked like they wanted the work and treated me as such.

Very efficient service. Had to have an EIRC for rental property at very short notice. Job was done quickly and report back swiftly allowing remedial work to be done all within a week so tenant able to move in on time. Thank you very much, will be using you again.

Really good service, turned up on time, explained everything clearly and was polite and professional. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is due to engineer scuffing paintwork quite a bit when removing a couple of sockets, but apart from that can't fault the service.

We needed an EICR report for a rental property and TES were very responsive, easy to deal with and very thorough. The fact that they were extremely good value compared to the other quotes we had been given by our agent was the icing on the cake. After completing the initial landlords electrical inspection, Nathan went on to install a new consumer panel and earth bonding strip, which was conducted very professionally.

After installing the panel, Nathan talked me through what he installed, and how to use it correctly, before tidying up any mess before leaving.

We’ve had two visits from TES, both times sending their engineer Peter, for our compliance certificates and what a pleasure. He was a truly professional, polite and likeable chap who identified everything we needed to have done to be compliant. We feel much safer now we know our electrics are safe and the minor works needed were completed professionally and to a great standard.
The price as well for the service was very reasonable and the invoicing and back office support was great as well.
I would highly recommend using TES.
