ZERO stars. Thought I was ordering a set of wireless, magnetic trailer lights with a transmitter; however, I received ONE trailer light with wires. That's it. I sent several emails & pics to customer service, but they only offered 30% off of my next purchase, which ain't happening. I googled reviews and realize I'm wasting my time. Lesson learned; always order from a trusted source.

Why in the world would anyone order from this company? ALL one star reviews, including mine. I’m so embarrassed I got scammed by this company. Never again. Asian scammers.

I ordered a bra 3 months ago and now I get a email saying that usps lost my order and they reordered it and sorry for the inconvenience. Ignorant company in china. I knew better than to order before checking to see where it was being shipped from.

Didn't even order from these people. Ordered a good set but ended up with them picking the order. Took 2 months to get it. Ordered drill bits that cost $40 for a decent set and got shipped bits that look like they may cost max $5. Nothing like the description at all. Sizes are wrong, color of case is wrong, and size of case is wrong. The bits aren't even the right cut edge or anything. Won't refund money. Big scam. First and last time I ever order from TikTok. Like I said it wasn't even supposed to be them that I ordered from.

Ordered bra. Quality very poor. Wrong size sent. Took several weeks to receive the inferior product.

I am still waiting for an order I placed dec 2024. I have attempted to contact the store a numerous amount of times. They respond with an automated email. I am out $100.

I ordered retractable ratchet straps. What I got were cheap ratchet straps that I could have purchased at a local discount store for 1/2 the price. They refuse to refund ir send the correct product.

Second negative review about this scam company. My husband ordered a mug for me for Christmas 2024 which we never received. The USPS tracking system and alert states the seller did not include the proper postage (and we paid for postage with the order). The seller refuses to provide a refund; instead they keep repeating the item was delivered. So much for customer service. We are working through PayPal and our CC company for a refund. Beware. As per other reviews this vendor is a SCAM.

This company is a complete scam. Do not give them your business. I ordered rubber coated auto-winding ratchet straps weeks before Xmas. Delivery finally arrived the END of Feb. The delivery was basic cheap ratchets. Absolutely nothing like what was described. They were not coated. The excess did not auto wind. They are not even worth half what was charged. Repeated attempts to return only resulted in ignoring the problem of totally misrepresenting what was being sold. Instead a bunch of meaningless “polite” platitudes, and offers for a discount to spend even more money with this scam site. Do not shop there.

This company is a scam! I ordered a product and it never arrived. They tried to tell me I provided the wrong ZIP Code, then they told me I refused the package both of which were lies. They told me the only way to get my product was to send another nine bucks. Scam alert!

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered the ratchetless straps from them. I took a month to show up and the strap that they sent was not at all what they showed on facebook. I could have bought 4 new straps from Walmart for what I paid for this worthless strap. And they still have not sent the second one. Worst company that I have ever dealt with. And shame on Facebook for not vetting this worthless product and company!

Ordered their “moissanite” rings cause my mom loved them. 1 month to receive. The THINNEST “jewel” ever, there is a huge gap from top of the “jewel” to the top of the setting. My mom wore the pink ring 2 times and the stone fell out. Ring wasnt caught on anything, not submerged in water all the time, no rough handling at all. Contacted Tessizy who let me know ‘You have 5 days from the delivery date to request any refund but ONLY if it’s the wrong item or size sent’. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

I ordered the ratchet straps promoted as heavy duty, self retracting and just plain awesome for my husband as a surprise… paid over a hundred dollars and weeks later had him open up the package to find the cheapest pieces of crap that would be on the Harbor Freight Clearance shelf!! Emailed back and fourth including photos to get a load of BS and was informed I got what I ordered..TERRIBLE SERVICE AND passed on their offer to get 5% of my total refunded and to save 30% on my next purchase…trust me, DONT DO IT!

Complete scam. Bought "self ratchet" straps you press a button. They sent regular tiny ones i can buy a bag of for $20. Do NOT buy from them. They are emailing me saying that is what I ordered haha what?!?!

This company is a total scam! They refuse to send you the item you ordered then claim they did and won't refund your payment. I paid $49.95 for a pair of Retractable Ratchet Straps but what I got was 2 tiny ratchet straps that I could have bought 4 of locally for less than $20.00. I've seen other reviews stating the same thing about this company. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

I too ordered the "RETRACTABLE" ratchet straps, was told I would have in about 2 weeks. 45+ days later, I received normal ratchet straps that you could buy at any store for $10.00! THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHNG FROM THEM. I ALSO ORDERED A"PEEK-A-BOO" BEAR AND SAME THING... JUNK!!!

Ordered a Christmas Sale coffee mug in November. Today is January 29th and I still haven’t received. The site is a scam. They email back about a month ago saying it’s in its way but obviously there was no intention in actually shipping one out. I asked for my money back and currently that’s TBD.

Negative!! I ordered "retractable" rachet straps for a Xmas gift. I received plain rachet straps that can be be purchased a local store for just a few dollars. I have followed their return policy which would give me a refund for them sending me the wrong item. I sent photos of items and the advertised item. They will not refund me the the full purchase price, only a discount on my next purchase. I have taken up a dispute with them through my credit card company. Unfortunately, they are a buyer beware company out of Singapore.

If I could give negative stars I would. I was duped with the advertisement of retractable ratchet straps. What I ordered is not what I received. I made a claim with PayPal after contacting Tessi with no response until PayPal contacted the. Tessi asked me to close my PayPal claim and send them pics. I did with no more responses after several attempts. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. It’s a scam. Still awaiting resolution.
