Mark our trainer was awesome
Mark our trainer was awesome. He kept us focused and engaged while sharing important information. I really loved his style. He was approachable, very well prepared, patient. He created a very good atmosphere. He balanced the theory and practical part very well, it was easy to understand. Everyone got a tester so we could do the testing individually, to learn how the whole process works. The lunch was included in the price of the training, the sandwiches were delicious. With a fully equipped kitchen, and a variety of milk in the fridge, you could have as many tea or coffee as you wished. The small sample bag as a “goodbye” gift showed a management with good vision.

not wonderful
I felt that the practical session wasn't particularly beneficial; many of the questions were vague, and I noticed some inconsistencies in your content that didn't quite add up. After completing the theory portion, I didn't receive any email, so I called to inquire about it. I ended up speaking with Neal Ripper, but the call dropped several times, which was frustrating for both of us. When I discussed troubleshooting the issue with Neal, he spoke to me in an unprofessional way and seemed to want to argue, accusing me of thinking he was foolish. As a 46-year-old man, I really don't have the time or patience for this kind of behavior. However, I had Molly for my practical test, and she was fantastic; her patience and guidance were exceptional, which is why I rated you with 2 stars.
