I was entitled for my refund after 3 weeks waiting period. And they never refund me nor contacted back.

Big big scam

Test Ultimate is a scam. I used them a few years ago and they found me a test. I used them again recently and they don't find you any tests. They know you're Jewish and you can't work on Saturday and the only test they will offer is a Saturday. I purchased the standard package and then upgraded to super priority package hoping this will find me a test in London quicker - it did not find me any test. There is no flexibility in their refund policy meaning they will not refund your money under pretty much any circumstance. They are very unpleasant to deal with via email with AI standard answers. Very unhelpful. Essentially a money grabbing company.

got sent a test at 11:30pm for a test at 12 the next day so considering i wqs asleep and had work the next day i didnt even know about the test until it was too late so wasted a test ,money and time

Took 4 days to get a test much better than all the other things I waisted my money on

My daughter was given less than 2 hours notice for a driving test. There is no one answering the phone at Test Ultimate and no option to reschedule the test for a time with more notice. I don't think we will get our money back and from reading the reviews this seems like a scam. Best to avoid.

Avoid using this service as it is entirely deceptive. My test was canceled before I could even begin my search, and I had no access to the website to cancel my account. Their customer service is nonexistent. Stay away!

Please be careful when booking through Ultimate.
They may continue using your details before actually booking a test for you. Tests with additional fees are often not successful because they keep trying to resell them again and again to make more money

AVOID!! SCAMMERS!!!! They sent my daughter an offer for a test and said it would be reserved until 5:30 that day. She tried to accept it at 1pm and it was no longer available. When I contacted them to sort this out they completely denied saying it would be reserved and told us that we can’t have a refund as they offered us a test and we didn’t accept it! Despite showing them proof multiple times of the email we received saying the test was being reserved, they would not accept responsibility for their error and refused to refund me. Also their ‘customer service’ is rubbish! They take days to respond and then ignore what you’ve said so you have to go round in circles repeating yourself and being ignored!

With the current driving test backlog in the UK, it’s been really difficult to find a proper test date through the DVSA. I decided to try Test Ultimate and overall, it turned out to be a very good alternative.

I went with the Instant Package, and they did manage to find me a test date in London faster than I expected. The process was straightforward, and I appreciated that I didn’t have to sit refreshing the DVSA site for hours hoping for a test.

It’s not ideal, but given how limited test availability is right now, Test Ultimate provides a reliable and convenient option. It does what it promises and saves you the stress of constantly searching for slots yourself.

Overall, I’d say it’s a solid service for the current situation and helpful if you’re struggling to find a test.

Under NO circumstances use this corrupt business. They take your money, lie, and refuse to admit any wrongdoing on their part. They have not only incorrectly scheduled a test, they then cancelled the one we had to book thanks to their incompetence. They are sneaky, underhand and I would sue them if I could

At first I didn't get a test, however once I upgraded to a premium package I got a test within 3 weeks. Be sure to pick a premium package for best results. Be mindful that email responses are not super fast as well.

Do no go with this company!! They let us know about a test at 11.11 on the morning at 830!!! 3 hours was impossible to us to be prepared as I had no way of getting there as both parents were at work!! Now I've lost my other test that was in January too as they swap it. £120 for nothing!!! Please don't waste your money.

I had a follow up to my complaint stating

'We fulfilled our service as requested. Our auto-book policy is clear, these are short-notice test bookings within your specified criteria. I’m afraid there is no flexibility to either change this booking or issue a refund.

Our system follows DVSA policy, which allows tests to be booked with a minimum of one hour’s notice - this is the same rule applied by the DVSA themselves. In this case, the booking was made through the short-notice auto-booking feature on your account. When this setting is activated, the system automatically secures any available test that matches your chosen criteria, even at very short notice. This is the intended purpose of auto-booking.'

It is absolutely disgraceful...nowhere does it state that you can get just 1 hours notice. Also there was no option to decline the test and it states in the FAQs. I simply got a message saying your test has been confirmed ! I confirmed nothing!!!

The whole driving test booking system is a scam at the moment, but Test Ultimate did at least manage to get me a test, 3 months earlier than the one I had booked.

I was beginning to think it was impossible as whenever I received a notification for an available test and logged into my account, the test was then unavailable. But after a month of trying, I got in quickly and the test was booked.

The only issue is that my account search was deactivated on a few occasions because I didn't confirm/reject a test offer, although this makes no sense as I responded to every notification and was always told the test was no longer available. Then you have to wait a few days for Test Ultimate to respond to your email asking for search to be re-enabled.

But while the government's system is so flawed, this site did at least help me out.

Straightforward and new test found within 3 days which included over the weekend.

DO NOT USE - this is a TOTAL scam. They cancelled my test that finally got myself before my searches with them hadn't even started. I couldn't log on through the website to cancel my account and they have no customer service. DO NOT USE !!!!!!!!!!

They gave me a later date than what I put in, they originally gave me one in January and I wanted to try get one earlier, they they gave me one in march and then also is in an area where I didn't want.

A complete scam. They took £66 from my account then gaslight me into saying that I didn’t give me any money. Don’t give your money to these scammers.
