Ich habe das Tezeus C8 jetzt seit einigen Wochen. Es ist ein total tolles Bike. Das Auspacken – „Unboxing“ nennt man das heute – war super. Das Montieren des Hinterradschutzbleches war etwas tricky, aber der Support hat sofort geholfen. Alle meine Fragen an den Support wurden kompetent beantwortet. Die Beschleunigung durch den automatischen Dreigang-Motor beziehungsweise durch die Zuschaltung des E-Motors ist super. Die Bedienung, die Qualität und die Verarbeitung sind alles ganz toll. Was man wissen muss, das schwer zu finden ist: Man kann über die App auch die Intensität der Zuschaltungsstärke des E-Motors einstellen. Das ist eine ganz wichtige Geschichte, die in den ganzen YouTube-Videos nicht zu sehen ist und aus der Anleitung auch nicht ganz klar hervorgeht. Also wieder ein Feature, das total genial ist und das andere nicht haben, aber man muss es eben wissen. Also, kurz und knapp zusammengefasst: Ein mega tolles Fahrrad. Ich war ja ganz stolz, dass ich so eins habe – clean, ohne Kabel und Leitungen und sowas. Und dann kommt mein Sohn mit seinem Gravel-Bike, das hat auch schon keine Kabel mehr, elektrische Schaltung und Bremsen, aber das Ding kostet halt 9000 Euro – ist also echt ein Unterschied. Noch mal mein Fazit: Tolles, tolles Fahrrad, macht ganz viel Spaß und im Vergleich zum !!!!?????, das ich auch habe, ist es deutlich stärker, weil alles abgestimmter und qualitativ hochwertiger ist.

As opposed to other reviewers, my experience with this bike company has been very frustrating, and I don't trust that they are legitimate. I ordered and paid for a T-8 bike. It arrived in about a month later via some shipping service. The bike had scuff marks and chipped paint. They also sent me the wrong voltage battery charger (220 instead of 110). I let them know this by email. They answered the email, but no clear response on how to fix or deal with these things (I had sent them photos and also a receipt for the 110 volt charger I had to buy in order to charge the bike battery). These little issues all fell on me to deal with.
Then a brake handle broke in half. I tried bike stores and on-line sellers to get this simple part to no avail. There are no manufacture names or part numbers on the brakes and other components on this Tezeus bike. Bike repair shops and stores could not help me because they could not tell what part to order and from what manufacturer. The break handle looks to me like it was printed with a 3-D plastic printer. I finally ordered and paid for a replacement bike handle from their support dept. It has been 7 weeks and still no part. And they charged my bank when I ordered it.
Be very wary of this company!

We purchased two Swift bikes about a month ago and absolutely love them. On top of that the customer service is exemplary. We had a couple of small issues with the bikes and Tezeus quickly resolved the problems. I think Tezeus as a company has it going in the right direction with good product and support.

I bought the Tezeus Swift used, and after it sustained some damage, I received a free replacement part directly from Tezeus. The service was very friendly; Tezeus takes its warranty promise seriously.
I am satisfied with this very lightweight folding e-bike. It offers good range when using medium assistance.

I am very satisfied with the service provided by Tezeus. Whenever I had questions, I received quick and helpful responses from the support team. The response times were excellent, and the proposed solutions were always practical and effective. It is reassuring to know that customer concerns are taken seriously and handled professionally. Based on my experience, I can highly recommend Tezeus for both their products and their outstanding customer service.

I have owned a Texeus Swift since last September. With it's cadence and torque sensors, it has the smoothest power transition of any rear-drive bike I have owned. I purchased it because of the lightweight folding design that I can easily transport in the rear of the car.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with my Tezeus Swift. The customer support I've received has been incredible. My shift indicator was not working properly upon delivery, and they sent me a new part right away with a video on how to replace it. They have even checked back in with me since to make sure all was going well.

Cancelled the pre-order and agreed to receive refund and restocking fee - refund still didn't show up after advised timeframe of 5-7 business days.

Bikes the company sells are priced quite higher than other brands and competitors are rolling out similar or same design and features, while the company - HQ is in Hongkong btw - can't handle simple inquiries nor requests in promised time, which is honestly unacceptable with current price range.

No, I wouldn't recommend to anyone and experience was considerably worse than other brands and stores who have already established locations

For a bike who costed more than 3000€ (when I bought it in October 2024) I’m just disappointed by the after sale service. In April 12 2025 My bike broke down, and it was supposed to be under warranty, so I contacted customer service (I even sent them the video of when it happened) who were initially quite cooperative, but more than two weeks have passed and still no solution. Worse, in their last email they implied that I had not used the bike properly... be careful if you are considering buying this bike because if anything happens there is no physical point of sale to go to for bike maintenance or for any warranty questions. I definitely regret this purchase.
