Heb hier de nieuwe Riftbound Set gepreordered.
Nooit gekregen, 2 maanden vantevoren besteld. Nu maar geannuleerd. In mijn kring hoor ik dat dit veel meer mensen is overkomen.

Hoor enorm veel problemen met pre-orders, geven geen geld terug en reageren ronduit slecht, laat of erger, helemaal niet. Daarnaast 90% van de tijd gewoon een scalper met een brickstore. Prijzen ver boven MSRP, want op inkoopprijs krijg je vanuit distributie niet genoeg marge? Is erom zakken te vullen, niet voor echte verzamelaars.

I bought some items from USA and the shipping is high dude to international shipping, the address details can have some difficulty although fed ex will make sure everything looks perfect.

I placed a preorder and there was difficulty with international shipping arrangements. Once the order was ready to be sent, fedex created a tracking for me and I was able to verify my address. Less than 2 weeks later it arrived at my doorstep! I sent multiple emails using google translate and we communicate very effectively. 10/10 these guys made me very happy.

Preordered items back in June 2025 for an October 2025 Release.

At first they sent a communication that the delivery was delayed, and that we would need to wait for the second wave of distribution, but gave no actual date or anything. Just to wait.

So I did, I waited, and waited, no more communications was sent by them, I had to constantly send them several emails every few weeks to ask for updates or if they could at least provide a date. Sometimes my email would be ignored, and would need to send a follow up a few days after just to get a reply. And they would just say that they are still waiting for the second wave, but they never provided an estimated date or anything like that which I find really strange.

Now I know the second wave is something that has already happened, or is in the last part of being completed across Europe (according to the information being shared by other LGS) so I sent an email asking to at least get a date, because by now, that should be possible, only to be completely ignored.

I am still hoping that my orders will be fulfilled because if I were to receive a refund after waiting for that long I would be extremely disappointed.

If I do get my orders fulfilled I will change the score. Will hopefully provide an update on this soon if I get a reply to my email.

I preordered two items in 2025 ;
The first one I cancelled after two months ; the second order is pending since september 2025 (5 months now- it is 2026) and there is still no update other than : "We wait for a second distribution wave"

Just don't take a million preorders then please wtf ?!

At least you are able to cancel the order so it is no Scam website ; but really really disappointing experience

One Piece TCG boxes resealed. Never buying from them again

Magic Karten vorbestellt und 4-5 Monate lang musste ich regelmäßig nach updates fragen. Updates kamen nämlich nicht mal von denen selbst. Produkt kam nie an und ich musste stornieren. Die hatten quasi 5 Monate lang meine 300 Euro.

Pre order came in nice and clean. A bit after the release date.. but that's okay. 5 stars.

I ordered the OP12 case and they went above and beyond to make sure I received it right on the official release date. That’s next-level service and really shows how much they care about their customers.

Ordered a Gundam Kit from TF robots. Their website is okay and for this specific kit they were the cheapest retailer.

They only offer insured shipping which is a more expensive option. Regular shipping isn't available so they kinda force the option on you and present it as a benefit.

My item was shipped the day after ordering and arrived a day later.

Unfortunately the kit they send me was not factory sealed. It was complete and in good order but I do get suspicious when a store removes the factory seal of a product they sell as brand new.

All in all the experience wasn't bad but I also wouldn't recommend them for the reasons listed above.

I preordered a MTG final fantasy collector booster box from them back in April. After the product release I asked them about it but they said I needed to wait until July...? Halfway through July I check back in again only for them to claim their distributor never gave them any in June. After, of course, the prices inflated massively so that I could no longer get them from anywhere else.

Scummy business practices, will never order from this store again.

Pre ordered the final fantasy MTG collector booster box 2 months in advance only to be told day of release to wait a week and they would have it in, week later and nothing so they offered a refund and by that time the price of a box was about 1200€ almost certain they just refunded people and put them online for profit, completely lost out on this set, dont trust this store

First time experience is good so far, received my product without issues and in perfect condition. I'd recommend it for EU transformers fans.

Anfangs dachte ich die Seite ist nicht seriös. Aber ich muss mich bei euch entschuldigen, ich habe mich komplett getäuscht. Tf robots ist ein super Seite, ich habe eine Figur bestellt die schon am Nächsten Tag geliefert wurde und die ich zu einem guten Preis bekommen habe. Habt vielen lieben Dank.

Heb gewoon goeie ervaringen met TF-robots. Als je bestelt krijg je alles netjes opgestuurt.heb je probleem dan word je gewoon netjes geholpen. Wil je iets annuleren dan kan dat ook. Voor transformers kan je bij TF-robots alles vinden. Ben dik tevrede volgende keer koop daar gewoon weer.
