it is a selfish company that gives importance to sales before customer satisfaction. there is no priority to solve the problem. answer; Will you be happy if we give you a scratched product? the product you sent me is already broken, isn't it? What about your product? i didnt change value of output which is writing 24 v giving 34.2 v out ?

Unfortunately as the product had already been installed, we weren't in a position to resell it as it has been scratched, so we were unable to process a refund. As the original product you purchased for the component to work alongside was purchased from a different supplier, we were unable to determine fully if this was the correct product to be used. While your issue is unfortunate, we would have hoped that when purchasing your electrical component from another supplier that they would have made you aware of what should have been used alongside it. When we sell this particular product, we make it clear that it should be used with a powerstone power supply. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

We use DPD tracked as our delivery service, and always like to clearly display the cost of this service rather than hide the delivery cost in with the product cost. As the majority of our products carry a higher average value and we predominantly supply to the trade, a tracked service is important to ensure a reliable delivery service.

I initially made a mistake with my order which went in over the Easter, I the incorrect part, so I emailed the details of course the office was closed.
When the office re-opened the matter was dealt with in a very expedient manner, a telephone conversation was also a pleasant experience coupled with a seedy delivery, and a top quality product, I would not hesitate to buy from TFS again, thanks to all concerned.
