We received excellent service from beginning to end. All the staff were very professional and polite. From Jaki who helped us to choose which garden building would suit our needs, to the the guys who built and wired our building. They worked really hard and cleaned up after themselves every day. The finished job was such good quality and well built. We're really pleased with it and so glad that we chose a local company to do it.

From start to finish....no hassle, product delivered and installed on time,excellent workmanship...and it's a family firm who went the extra mile to felt the roof of a new hedgehog house!

Excellent quality and excellent service. We purchased a lean to, to add an extra room. Perfect space for utility and office. Really happy with the service and reliable friendly workmen. Would definitly recommend.

The construction of the pent workshop was discusting.The bearers actualy hung precariously off the edge of the concrete base. I was shocked when they said we've finished now mate we are going . No one suggested That I should take a look as to see if i am happy. I feel sure they were aware of what they did and they hoped no one would notice,but yes I did and they came back very sheepishly to man handle it to the correct position,this was after I called to complain. I feel so angry because they were hoping no one would notice the error. I would never use again and would never recommend.

Real quality at a sensible price. We ordered a 6ft x 12ft pent workshop from TGB with filled nail holes and painted finish, 'proper' doors and door furniture and a single window. The quality of build was excellent, it was delivered and installed efficiently and on the date agreed. It was exactly what we wanted and looks fantastic in the garden.

Great service from TGB. Very good build at a good price. Communication excellent throughout the process, and the installation team were very professional and considerate. We’re very pleased with the result.

Excellent product and expertly constructed on-site for us. We cannot call it a garden shed, it is so much more, so we call it The Cabin, which is a 7.5m x 3m cedar wood building with 3 sets of 3 double-glazed windows and very secure multi-lock double-doors.
A roof panel was damaged, so this was replaced by their guys ASAP.

I would recommend Tunstall Garden Buildings as a professional, efficient and supplier of excellent quality garden buildings. From the first contact where ideas and options were discussed to the regular communication regarding the build and installation date to the delivery and completion. The guys building the workshop were very polite and worked well to complete the installation in a very short space of time. I can only offer excellent views regarding this company.

We ordered a garden room and gave measurements etc. We had to chase up the order and delivery several times When we finally got a delivery date they arrived and said the base was not acceptable (even though a brick built building had been on the base previously) and said they would not assemble the building but instead took it back. We then were told we would have to pay £2,000.00 for it to be redelivered!!! They said they had to pay hotel fees and an electrician for the day. We had dealings with the male owner who was extremely rude and unhelpful and when we asked for a refund we were told we would not receive our deposit back (we had to pay the full amount before they would deliver and so they were holding the whole of our money). Eventually we had to agree to pay a redelivery fee (not the £2,000 but a smaller amount and then on the delivery day we were told the Electrician was ill and therefore not coming and so we then had to pay extra to get our own electrician. The owner is one of the most rude people I have ever dealt with.

I have had Tunstall Garden Buildings install a 8x8 Log Cabin, paint sprayed together with summer house type double doors and window. I can only say for me, the build quality was first class and the three gentlemen who installed it, on one very cold day we’re professional, friendly and hard working. Jaki on reception, who I believe is the owner of the company together with Mark her husband and who originally took my order, again was charming, knowledgeable, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There is a good selection of various garden buildings with numerous add on modifications. They are Not Cheap, and there is a bit of a wait due to being a popular company, however because of the quality of construction, my garden building should last a good time and certainly should put value on the property in any house sale. I would certainly recommend them.

I am absolutely delighted with my new workshop. From starting the order to the finished product, I dealt with some very helpful people. It’s not my business to comment on other's remarks on here but a couple are far from my experience. The entire process was a pleasure and an absolute breeze. The quality is fantastic and even better than I had hoped for. Lovely office staff who put up with my changes in dimensions on ordering and the guys who fitted it were a credit to your company. Thanks to all at TG Buildings and all the best for the future.

Just had my summer house fitted . Great job the staff (Jackie) was most helpful and kind. The fitters were excellent and very professional .Would highly recommend this company

I bought a Tunstall Garden Building many years ago. The Tunstall team started to build it but before it was finished they said there was a mistake with the estimate and they wanted more money. I did not have "more money" The team walked away. I had to finish it myself.
I am still working on it.

If I could give this company 0 stars I would! The appalling treatment we have had at the hands of this company is shocking - in the very first instance , we were given the wrong measurements by this company to which spec we had our base built by our builder. After waiting 6 weeks and having sent in photos upon request and this being confirmed as ok, on the morning of the day they arrived with our garage and informed us that our base was wrong and was in fact 2 whole feet too short. When the invoice was shown to them and they realised the mistake was on them, they began to pick other faults out of the base (which they previously confirmed as ‘smashing’), and said the mistakes were on us!!! Needless to say, we demanded a full refund from this company. They then proceeded to withhold almost £6000 for a week, without any reason whatsoever. Any time we tried speaking to this company they came across as rude, unprofessional cowboys. Avoid like the plague.

Having done a lot of homework, we are extremely pleased with our shed. We could easily have spent twice as much elsewhere but the shed would not have been any better. From the office staff to the fitters, the service was excellent. Having used it for some months now, we are still delighted and very satisfied.

Extremely pleased with my garden office, the quality of the finish and the design is top rate.

Any minor issues have quickly been resolved. This company cares about their product.

Total professionalism from start to finish! Any questions I asked were answered and I was left feeling extremely pleased that they understood my vision for my custom-built workshop/shed, and I'm not easily pleased. Very happy with garden room (built 2017). Done to a high standard at a competitive price. Seems set to last well, exterior still as new. Well insulated, not costly to heat in winter. Build went smoothly, all done to time as promised.
