Nadia was very knowledgeable and made…

Nadia was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable and confident that she would do all that she could to help with my one sided hearing loss. I now have my full hearing back and very impacted wax removed, it didn’t cost me a penny. Highly recommended!

Couldn't have done better

I would like to draw your attention to the excellent customer service I received from Nadia Hamilton (THCP Chesterfield).
When I visited THCP, Nadia carried out a number of tests (some of which I had only previously experienced in hospital), then she provided clear and honest explanations describing the capabilities of and differences between the various Oticon products. I then took away the brochures for a week so I could decide whether to make a purchase or not. I felt confident that I could trust her guidance because her priority was clearly on addressing my hearing problem rather than on making a sale.
Then during the next few weeks, I witnessed her care and commitment to excellence as she fitted the hearing aid and made numerous adjustments to my hearing aid and the app in my iPhone to maximise the benefit I would receive.
I will certainly return to Nadia with any future hearing issues.
