I booked a hearing test at my optician, Eyesite Eyecare in Tile Hill Coventry after I had noticed a few minor hearing issues. I was called in advance of my appointment by an audiologist, Haleema Bi who explained what the test involved and asked me some questions about my hearing. At the appointment Haleema was very thorough and professional, she showed me the results of the test on her PC and explained that I would benefit from hearing aids. She suggested the Oticon More hearing aids but didn't pressurise me to buy there and then. She arranged to call me after a few days to answer any questions that I may have which she was able to answer expertly and clearly. I then arranged a call with her a week later at which point I was able to make a more informed decision to proceed. Haleema has been outstanding all through this process, I would not hesitate to recommend her. I have had my hearing aids for 4 weeks now, they are simple to get on with, to clean and they link to my phone through an App meaning I can listen to music or answer the telephone through my new hearing aids.The follow up aftercare has been excellent too. I recently had a hearing test with Haleema and have to say she was absolutely brilliant. Extremely polite, very thorough and explained everything in detail. I felt totally at ease and would recommend any one who hasn't had a hearing test recently to have one. You just never know what is going on inside your ears!!
