Celeste de Freitas was exceptionally clear and helpful during the test, the fitting and the post fitting consultations. She was patient and understanding, making something I had dreaded and resisted for ages an enjoyable, if very expensive experience.

Celeste de Freitas has been very helpful most recently dealing with a small emergency and then providing new hearing aids.

Celeste is professional, caring and friendly. She explains everything so clearly and thoroughly, always taking care that the client is guided through the hearing test and is given information about the hearing aids.

I have recently had hearing aids fitted by Celeste at HCP Hassocks. Celeste was very thorough and professional, explaining every step of the process. Whilst I have only had the hearing aids for 2 weeks, they have really improved my hearing and experience of the audible world. Many thanks Celeste.

I took a ‘routine’ hearing test just to check.. and was shocked by the level of my hearing loss. I had not been aware of any difficulties- apart perhaps in crowded spaces. Celeste was wonderful and guided me gently through a whole new process. I took the Diamond package as what price do you put on hearing? Grateful for high levels of technology and adaptive hearing aids! The difference is astounding and I am not yet at ‘normal’ hearing levels yet! (The aids increase incrementally over a month, so I am not overwhelmed with sound) Rechargeable aids are both better for the environment and for me. A no-brainer as far as I was concerned!
Celeste was fabulous and I can’t recommend her highly enough. You will be in very safe, knowledgeable hands.

I met with Celeste at the Hassocks branch a couple of times looking to upgrade my current NHS hearing aids which I have had for many years. She was very thorough, explained everything in detail and was very friendly and not at all pushy. Having also arranged appointments with several different audiologists in the area, I felt confident at proceeding with their Diamond Package and after just a couple of weeks, I am already noticing a difference in speaking on the phone and the normal day to day aspects of my life, although still getting used to regulating the volume when I speak! I would definitely recommend Celeste and the Hassocks Hearing Care Partnership.

The staff is efficient, appointments are easy to make, premises are welcoming and comfortable. I must underline Celeste De Freitas' (audiologist) professionalism, she is kind and a 'good listener'. Visited Hassocks eyecare to have my ear syringed by James Musselwhite. Excellent service as I'd never had this procedure done before. He put me at my ease and did an excellent job. i now hear LOAD & CLEAR.
